I ordered contacts and have verified my new address multiple time to the receptionist and they still sent them to my wrong address. I call the receptionist to figure out the disconnect and unfortunately they were rude and extremely unhelpful with resolving the issue.

If I could rate zero stars the Eyecare Center would fail to even meet the lowest standard of customer service. The office/administrative support staff are rude and condescending, while maintaining a pampas arrogant attitude. They fail miserably at even the lowest communication skill level. The eye care needs for my family of four will now be cared for by a different establishment. If your reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider seeking your eye care needs elsewhere..

The doctors at the Eye Care Center are very good, however the front office staff / office manager have failed to resolve simple concerns. If you'd like to be talked to in a condescending manner, this is your place. If customer service is important, I suggest going somewhere else.

Highly unprofessional and insensitive people. You will feel that you were in somewhere in Mexico.

Highly unprofessional and insensitive people. My son got a very high prescription. I requested a rush shipping and they assure that it will be done quickly but still more than 17 days and still waiting. I paid about $450 for a pair of glasses which I could have easily made in $250 outside their shop but since it was rush shipping I wanted to get it done quickly. Till now there is no proper answer why I was told to be given quick, just to take the order? How greedy!!!! Doctor is good and knowledgeable but I would suggest never make glasses from there.

Pushes unnecessary services that are not needed. Tried to push both an OCT test and a fully dilated eye exam when one clearly was not needed and this was confirmed by my doctor who does this every year for me. After explaining this to the optometrist, she still was pushy and said she recommends it to all of her diabetic patients. I told her my A1C's have never been above 5.3 and I am a well controlled type 1 diabetic for whom it would be impossible to tell that I am diabetic from a detailed review of all my blood tests ever that I'm even diabetic. Save yourself the 40 dollars, don't get that OCT test if you don't have to(ask your doctor). Better yet, just don't go here.So to recap, don't let them push the OCT test if it isn't necessary. A fully dilated eye exam part of a comprehensive eye exam is good enough in most cases. Talk to your doctor. Ask questions.

Both of the doctors here are amazing! We have seen doctor Dobson for several years and have had such a great experience with her. Have seen Dr. Zika a few times and also had a wonderful experience. Both are very kind, thorough, personable and just a joy to visit with. They are very professional & good at what they do! And the new office is beautiful!

You are crazy if you go to any other eye doctor in town! Dr. Dobson is so dedicated to her practice and her patients! Goes out of her way to make sure your prescription is perfect and to keep you informed every step of the way. The facility itself is clean and their frame selection is gorgeous. I have never felt rushed picking out glasses either. Super top of the line experience from start to finish!

I've been seeing Dr. Dobson for several years and I'm very happy. At my first appointment she told me I had been over corrected and she made major changes to my contacts and glasses. She made a fan that day. I could see better with less problems. Years later I'm still happy. She is not the cheapest optometrist, but in my mind she is the best (and worth every penny).

Eye Care Center cares about their patients. We drive from Cypress Texas to visit Dr. Dobson.
