Very good experience

Very professional nurse practitioner with the ability to have follow up visits via tele-health.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff up front. The building is well-kept, clean, and comfortably furnished. They keep snacks and drinks in the waiting area and they have a coffee bar which is fairly well stocked. My experience was really quite good and I look forward to future visits!

My first meeting with my therapist was very helpful. I left feeling better, less stressed, and I felt like the therapist really listened and cared.

I recently moved to College Station and needed to switch to a local Mental Health provider. My PCP referred my to Geode; and yes, it is pronounced as if for a rock formation, lol. The location was easy to get to but once in the parking lot make sure you loop around to see their sign directly above their entrance. I parked close to the address over a different providers door and had to walk a ways. But onto, the important stuff. Reception was friendly, the office nice, clean, shiny, & new, peaceful Instrumental music playing and most importantly, my new patient Intake assessment with Stephanie Smith was thorough and overall great. She actually acted like she was interested in me, listened well and asked a lot of open ended questions. But what I am really pleased about is that she actually listened to symptoms related to Menopause (which i didn't realize they were) and gave me some great natural alternatives to take. But because she is a woman she actually expressed understanding, unlike all my previous male physicians. That's what made me excited about having her as my new MH provider, great listening skills with compassionate understanding combined with clinical skills.

The whole process from start to finish was hassle free. Insurance verification was seamless, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Also a special shout-out to Stephanie Smith who is the absolute best. She takes the time to get to know you, and remembers the littles details. She demonstrates true compassion and helps to navigate and implement the most effective treatment plan for her patients. I will definitely continue my treatment at Geode! -Bahije
