Integrity Urgent Care has made what is typically an unpleasant experience, a very quick and hassle free appointment. I made my appt on-line, which included a quick paperwork check. I walked in and they were ready for me. I was triaged quickly, test performed and provider back with me in a very short timeframe. They discussed my plan of care and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Prescriptions were called in for me. I would highly recommend IUC for your medical needs! Thank you to your team for a quick and painless visit!

The absolute worst “physician” ever. Horrible rude upon first entrance to the room and all the way out the door. Did not care about my condition. She went off on me in front of my children. Very unprofessional. Uncaring. Worst experience at a DR office EVER!

There is only one provider. Within an hour, I've only had my temperature taken. Because my insurance wasn't accepted, this is a $125 dollar experience with no regard for the pain that I am in. People are polite though unrushed.

Excellent and fast service. The receptionist is a very nice lady. The nurse that took care of my 8year old boy was so sweet and took the time that it was needed for my son to feel comfortable with the swap for flu and strep. The NP Brandi was sweet, explained everything to us, took the time to listen to us. Thank you for all the hard work.
