Don’t make an appointment online. Once you arrive, you will be placed at the end of the line of the walk-ins, regardless of your appointment time. At 11 AM, I made an appointment for 12:42. Sat at home waiting until 12:30 just to get here to be placed at the end of the walk in and have been waiting currently for 50 minutes. When I asked the receptionist about the situation I was told having an appointment is almost meaningless. Also, they are out of strep tests.

i had gone to this place for what i thought was simply just strep throat but ended up coming back in at the 5 day mark of me not feeling any better and just getting worse. I got a new doctor from the first time i had gone, Her name was Devon. She was absolutely amazing and straight up told me how she didn’t want to tell me this but how i needed to go to the ER. After a busy day or running around from hospital to the local ENT doctor. i received 2 calls. One from the nurse who had told me over the phone to come in immediately and another one from Devon herself checking up on me. After the experience i had with the first dr previous days before i felt really seen!

I’m from Augusta Ga, and visited the clinic while visiting for the Christmas Holidays. This was the most professional , well organized Prompt, Care locations I’ve every been to. Extremely prompt, caring, and well run places I’ve been to. The staff was caring, smart and attentive. I was able to get well from there care and a enjoyed great Christmas with my grandkids, thanks to there help.

Staff are caring and very efficient. I felt the that all staff here cared about my wellness and getting me out in a timely manner, while still trying everything to figure out my illness. Somehow they're able to strike that perfect balance. Would definitely recommend to anyone over an emergency room, so long as you're not having a 911 emergency. Always go to an emergency room for 911 situations.

Came in and started out with the fill this out fill this out and then I said I was a Vet handed them my VA card and all the other stuff went away. Smooth and easy. Great Dr.
