This was one of the most disorganized experiences I’ve had. They scheduled my appointment for not only the wrong day, but also the wrong time. To make matters worse, I was there for a PPD test, yet they booked me during a time when the staff who performs those tests wasn’t even available. I had to leave and come back an hour later after their lunch break. When I returned for the PPD reading, they gave me an extremely narrow 15-minute appointment window instead of the standard 48-72 hour timeframe. They also instructed me to arrive 35 minutes before the test could even be read, so I ended up sitting around waiting unnecessarily. What should have been a combined five-minute process turned into hours of wasted time because of poor scheduling and communication. As a final frustration, no one mentioned that the clinic has its own parking. Instead, I paid to park in a garage and walked about half a mile for no reason. A little communication and basic organization would have prevented all of these issues.
Haley Psencik is the most amazing woman on the planet.
Got there 15 minutes early there was no parking so I had to park at polo, called them to let them know my situation. They canceled my appointment and gave me a no show fee.
Texas A&M acts like we don't pay thousands of dollars to go to school here. THEY DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS EVEN IF IT IS A MINUTE LATE. my appointment was at 11, I rode the bus, got there at 11:05 and they cancelled my appointment. I AM SO SICK. I feel like I am dying. It is affecting me going to class. The office lady was extremely unhelpful and didnt even offer me another appointment. It's a good thing I have insurance and can just go to an ER. But HEAR ME A&M. We pay THOUSANDS that we don't have to attend this university, and you cancel my appointment for being 5 minutes late. Do better and how about you implement policies that will actually help your students that pay PLENTY to go here. I am so frustrated. Not to mention that when I came here as a freshmen I was lied to by the university and told that Beutal is a completely free service if you pay tuition here. They make sure to collect my insurance everytime though. What do students with no insurance do? So disappointed. I would like someone to email me about this and what you will do to make things more accessible for broke students. I am so tired of this university taking advantage of its students. WE DONT HAVE MONEY LIKE THIS. Stop grifting on broke students and make REAL change.
Treated my friend horribly. Wouldn’t let her in when she was less than five minutes late and called security on her after she asked if she could go back to ask her PA if she could still see her. Charged her a fee and called security on her. Then was told to come back the middle of Thursday and she said she couldn’t because she needed her ring and was told she needed to reschedule getting her ring even though she has family in town. I’ve also had bad experiences with them belittling my friends and me. They do not seem to care at all about the students and just want money.
Arrived at my appointment for flu-like symptoms and was promptly dismissed without testing for flu, strep, rsv, covid, etc. Practitioner instead added “ANXIETY” in all caps to my patient medical chart. Went to urgent care a day later and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. 2 stars for ease of booking an appointment, accessibility on campus, and affordable pricing.
The university does not take any late appointments even if it's a minute later and you have extenuating circumstances leading to a bill. Unless you qualify for the university's free health care, they don't take any insurance, and if they did then there staff don't known how to properly connect it. And doctor and nurse staff is varried. Some are really great people and others you can tell there slowing a lot down because they don't care
Don’t get your blood drawn there, they use you as practice tools and show ZERO respect. Got my arm poked 2 times.
Always very helpful and kind! They’re all very educated and really care about helping you. Grateful for my wonderful experiences here!
Appointment was at 4:00. I arrived on time and was told at the front I had to go to a different location to check in. Once I found that location and waited to talk to someone they told me I must be 15 minutes early for check in, and sent me to go talk to yet another person who then told me they would not be able to see me until tomorrow! Very frustrating and sends me scrambling to try and find a different doctor at the last second.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
