List of Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital Colleyville's Reviews
I arrived with an injury and possible broken bones. Reception was very professional and got me registered in minutes. I was taken back immediately and everyone was very caring and professional. Dr. Patel responded quickly and ordered X-rays. Overall I am very satisfied with how fast they handle incoming patients. I have brought my daughter here on two other occasions with breathing issues and they immediately jump into action. I have never experienced anyone being incompetent or challenging as other reviews have mentioned. I have not experienced billing issues either and will update this review if I receive an unexpected or questionable bill from this trip. The facility is probably 7 years old and looks brand new. It's also incredibly clean.
My father went twice in a span of 24 hours, only to be sent home twice with a diagnosis of “vertigo”. the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional & made him feel stupid for even going to the er. Turns out he was having a stroke and it was missed by this ER, TWICE.DO NOT GO HERE!!
Front office staff nice. Doctor assistant really should not force covid test on people after we had already told her we did the covid test same day and results were negative. Then she shoved it in to deep in my daughter's nose making her cry. Send her back to training. She said it needs to be that deep. Yet other Healthcare place say no it doesn't. Never going back.
Dishonest practice on the part of the receptionist.I went there for covid and the first thing the receptionist said to me was "there's nothing they can do" I said if I have pneumonia, then I know I can at least get antibiotics. It turns out I did have pneumonia, and was treated accordingly. To have the patient practically diagnose themselves just to get service, on a quiet night when visibly nothing was going on, with a potentially deadly condition, is beyond comprehension. The emergency phone line for Baylor & Scott White (not directly related to this particular hospital) was also similar in practice. Besides a doctor who genuinely helped me and gave me useful information, it seems their priority is to do everything in their power to do nothing.Out of my entire experience, it's fair to say that the billing services at this hospital needs to be thoroughly investigated. The receptionist misrepresented the billing information in an apparent attempt to get me to pay for an extra $500 when clearly the condition was covered by my insurance. She made up a diagnosis that was clearly not the stated diagnosis on the paperwork and said that her supervisor said to bill it "that way". I refused to, and she said "yeah you're probably right, don't pay and see what happens". Months later, my bill was covered. Not sure if this hospital is desperate on funding, but to attempt to get money from patients in such a downright dishonest, unethical, and shady way is disturbing. There are doctors and nurses, among other people who were professional, and helped people, but unethical and dishonest practices like this serves to discredit their profession as a whole, and that's not fair to them.
My daughter went here in March 2021 for a severe severe severe abdominal pain. She was seen by Dr Bolinger DO. He basically came in the room looked at her for a second or two and stated there was nothing he could do for her. He not once offered pain meds other than take tylenol over the counter. She could barely walk. He didn't offer Ct scan or blood work and when we requested a CT scan he made it seem useless to do. She left untreated and in pain. We recieved a bill in the mail for over $400 and the hospital claims that we refused to do any labs or CT scan and that we wanted to wait to see a GI provider, but that is far from the truth. Who goes to the ER in immense pain just to say that they will wait to see their provider? We DO NOT recommend this place and will never be back.
I just had a visit here and literally had the best service from upon my arrival to when I left. The nurses and Doctor were extremely nice, helpful and made me feel comfortable. I want to say thanks to Dr. Pandi, RN Jason, Kirsty, Brian-Rad tech and Brittany. They were all so wonderful! Thank you for treating your patients so well 💖 🙂
Great staff no complaints been here with family twice front office and nurses were great. I highly recommend.
We like this location since it’s fast and easy to be seen. The doctors, nurses and staff are always pleasant, thorough and we are usually helped with whatever brought us in and then on our way.
I went in for a cut that needed 6 stitches. Dr. Patel and her staff took terrific care of me, I was in and out within the hour!
I received excellent care during a Sunday visit. No waiting at all. Dr Patel and his nurse were professional, compassionate and thorough. Pain management was given and referral for follow up with specialist. I work for a doctor so I highly recommend this facility for care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
