I had a follow up appointment With Dr Blanco Fri 19th, she recommended a new set of prescriptions since the original treatment wasn’t working, today is Wed 24th and the prescriptions have not been called in the pharmacy yet. The office is closed for Thanksgiving and will only open back on the 29th, 10 days after my appointment. Very unprofessional!

They put the CARE in healthcare ♥♥♥ Dr. Blanco and her entire staff provide best-in-class service. Try them...you won't regret it!! Dealing with a skin issue (acne in my case) can have a huge stigma attached. Sometimes, we even feel judged when we go see the doctor. Which makes us avoid or postpone going to the doctor. Dr. Blanco and her staff at Colleyville Dermatology are truly a breath of fresh air... The waiting area is spacious, attractive, and inviting. The front desk and nursing staff always answer their phones during business hours. They too are prompt, friendly, and accommodating. When I first met Dr. Blanco, she understood the trauma I felt from dealing with this issue for so many years. She actually listened to me. She did not rush the visit and she did not preach to me. Her attitude was, "I understand. It may take some time, but we can fix this. I'm willing to use everything in my arsenal to help you. Just be patient and follow my directions." Needless to say, I hardly even recognize my face after 6 months under her care. I still struggle with small outbreaks...but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel...after so many years of feeling hopeless. Huge THANK YOU to Dr. Blanco and her entire staff for providing "health care with a heart" ♥♥♥

Dr. Blanco listens to my concerns and provides practical solutions. She is patient and friendly. I trust her with my health care concerns. She looks at the big picture before prescribing medication to make sure there won't be any negative side effects later. I think my doctor is doing a great job.

Dr Blanco was referred to me 6 yrs ago and it has been an annual event that I look forward to, just for my piece of mind. At the age of 67, things can show up that will alarm us. But she calms my fears and reassures me that everything is good. Also, Dr Blanco is so thorough in her mission. Thank God for that. Wish all my medical experiences were this rewarding.

Love Dr. Blanco and her entire team -- Brenda, Stephanie, and Kay. What a terrific doctor she is! And a great personality, loving, and caring. Everyone is so concerned and efficient and extra careful about finding and treating conditions early. Appreciate the ease of scheduling and how they value my time. Best practice in DFW.
