Excellent. Helpful, understanding, warm and incredibly knowledgeable about her areas of practice. She is more than willing to refer patients to specialists who she does not have some sort of interest or reward in making the referral, unlike some who seem to think I have an MD degree and can treat anybody for anything. The only negative is that she is very popular, and that only comes from doing a great job. OTOH, a doctor who has been practicing for a long time, but has only a few patients is likely not to be one to go see.

Dr. Harrell, has a wonderful "bedside" manner!! Super thorough and most surprisingly , in this date and time, she takes her time and makes you feel very comfortable!!! She Rocks!!!

I love Dr. Harrell. I’ve only seen her twice but I’m always so happy to make an appointment with her. She’s very nonjudgmental and takes your health/illness very seriously. Both times I have seen her she’s very willing to work with you and your own comfort as far as medications, tests or plans without pushing anything unnecessary or undesired. She’s super comforting and makes a note to keep you call in otherwise uncomfortable positions. Overall I see her as a very professional, thorough doctor who is immensely easy and nice to speak with. And for another note, I’ve been seeing doctors at MaxHealth for probably around 15 years. It’s a great office filled with great doctors and they’re all amazing to see so you won’t go wrong here! But definitely choose to come in for Dr. Harrell if given the chance!!

I absoulutly love my experience with her so far. My husband and I were looking for a doctor for me and she was available. She really took the time that I needed to take to explain things to me and not just rushed me through. She's Profesional her sweet bed side manner. Her staff is absolutely sweet and they get things done for you. she's always, there to promptly call back. Your prescriptions waiting for you when she says she's going to have them sent in. My health HAS BEEN Better since being her patient. Just want to say thank you to her and her staff for a job well done! Especially sine the pandemic. I've found a jewel. Thank you, Max Health. I was a new patient and they were able to see me the same day which I never thought would be possible. The whole experience was pleasant from the ladies up front, Dr. Harrell, the lab lady. One of the better Dr. experiences I have had - highly recommend!
