I’ve been going to Dr. Ortiz for a few years and he’s been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall solid. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ortiz, Nikki, and the rest of the staff. I wouldn’t say I enjoy going to my urologist, but Dr. Ortiz and his staff make it as easy as possible.

I took my partner here a bit ago, & it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Ortiz is so knowledgeable, having worked in his field for quite some time now. And the entire office staffed were lovely. Going to the doctor isn’t always a walk in the park, but these guys make the experience a great one!

I’ve referred close friends to Dr. Ortiz and have heard nothing but good things. He’s been practicing medicine longer than I’ve been alive and I will continue to refer to him as long as he offers exceptional service.

Dr Ortiz is an exceptional physician. He was able to pin point what my issues were and I was finally able to feel well again. I had a bladder procedure to address a small problem and he was kind and informative.

Office staff is professional and make you feel welcome. PA was absolutely delightful and helped tremendously. It's great when people know what they are doing, but it's even better when they make you feel valued.

I can’t thank Dr. Ortiz enough for taking care of my urology issues. The folks at his office are wonderful caring people. Dr. Ortiz was there to answer my questions, help me with my surgical needs, And took care of me as if I was part of his family. Sir thank you so very much!! Jeffrey Cole

DO NOT TRUST DR. ORTIZ!! It took a year of recurrent symptoms for Dr. Ortiz to make a diagnosis. For a year, he repeatedly prescribed an expensive medication that is available over the counter for a fraction of the cost. HE HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF ELDERLY PATIENCE NEEDS WHO ARE ON FIXED INCOMES. Dr. Dennis Ortiz then performed a surgery on my mother and then when she called him reporting pain afterward - he did not call her back until 36 hours later by which point she had to call an ambulance and was taken to the hospital. Once she was in the hospital he recommended that she check out against medical advice of the hospital which would lead to Medicare not covering her stay. Thank goodness we found another Urologist for her. DR.ORTIZ IS INCOMPETENT.

Great Doctor. Do not hesitate to go here for any Urological needs. I only wish that my other Doctors gave the level of care and service that Dr Ortiz provides.
