Was over charged was supposed to be reimbursed back in April still haven't seen it! And this is a doctors office this is nit acceptable.

Dr. Ashrafain is a great doctor but the office staff is HORRIBLE!! My husband has been seeing Dr. Ashrafain years before he permanently moved to this colleyville office and everything was Awesome. The colleyville office people don't care about a person's well being. My husband was almost out of his medicine that he has to take daily. He had been calling for 2 weeks to get refills, but no response. (This is not the first time this has happened) Finally after being out for 5 days he got a response and had to make an appointment first, no problem. But worst part is they didn't fill the RX correctly and would not correct it costing him alot more $$$$ because insurance would not cover it and THEY KNEW THE INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER THE RX AND DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT, NOTHING TO HELP THEIR PATIENT SAVE SOME SMALL AMOUNT ON THE COST! The most friendly staff I've ever dealt with. I may have been the only one there but they made sure I was greeted and promptly got me what I needed.

I have been with Family HealthCare Associates for 10 years. I have recommended them to many friends and family! The clerks are courteous and efficient. The nurses are helpful and knowledgeable (with one exception that I can remember and they are no longer there). The physicians are gentle, thorough, and well informed.

I have been here just twice and was able to be scheduled same day each time. The staff are stern and thorough with covid precautions which includes sanitizing, temperature check, and face mask requirement. Dr. Kagwima was very thorough and had the time to explain on any concerns through a virtual visit.

My son has gone to this Doctors office for 7 years. Two different doctors. We will no longer be going back. Caring for patients should be the primary concern of a Doctors office. Here that is not the case. They no longer see patients in person. Even then they will not see you unless you get a Covid test first. I'm not a new patient.  I had a virtual appointment for a quick prescription refill, I promptly log in, fill out the forms and pay. Then I began to wait, after waiting for 25 mins past my appointment time, I get a call from Dr Seo's nurse. She goes over some more questions and verifies my prescriptions. She then tells me he will be " right on the call" after another 10 mins of waiting I call the office and they tell me he is about to "jump on". At the 40 minute mark still no Dr. I called the office again and that's when they start the excuses about he is running behind and that I'm next in line. When I asked if he was running that far behind why no one has called to let me know, they had no answer. I ended the call at the 50 minute mark and called it a day. I received a call 75 minutes after my scheduled appointment time from his assistant, (still no dr), they then began to make excuses that they were having trouble with the video call system. I asked again why no one bothered to call me and tell me that instead of wasting almost an hour of my day, still no answer. I have zero respect for someone who doesn't own up to their short comings, all it would have  taken was a phone call to let me know what was going on. I will make sure that everyone I speak with knows exactly how much Dr Seo's office values his patient's time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, just google your symptoms it will be quicker.

Always had a great experience and response from everyone at the clinic. Dr. Abraham is very knowledgeable, responsive and caring. Would recommend!!

I absolutely adore Dr. Ashrafian! He is such a wonderful doctor. Words can not express how grateful I am to be in his care. I do wish the front office staff was a bit friendlier. Although I am sure they have their reasons for being a little cold and matter of fact.

Wonderful place to go for check up’s, sick kiddos and so much more! I highly recommend going here. Wonderful doctors and staff!
