Run in the opposite direction. This Physician, and I use the term lightly, is not interested in patient care. She is crass, condescending, does not know the meaning of the term 'compassion'. uninformed, unprofessional. Need I go on? This trickles down to her personal and support staff. In addition, she will "fire" you as a patient (in an illegal manner!) if for some reason she feels you don't subscribe to her religious beliefs or she finds out you are seeking additional COMPETENT treatment for a condition she either refuses to provide even the most minimal treatment or does not have the basic capability a Physician should have. HCM would be a far better medical practice if she were removed as one of their providers.

I wanted a general physical, blood tests and other typical tests. I got NO physical at all I was told if I wanted blood tests I had to pay for them myself. The appointment was in November and today April 24th I get a call from dr Klumps office asking if I was contacted about the tests. I was not. for followup and the ability to care about the patient, score = 0.She billed insurance $350 for the office call where she talked about herself, but did not know how to Bill for the blood tests.

I found Dr. Klump to be extremely patient focused. Her office staff was very attentive, organized and I only waited 10 min. to see Dr. Klump. After my appt my lab results were emailed to me. So much better than having to call in or return to see the Dr. Dr Klump listened to my concerns and offered many solutions. Very personable. So glad I know have a PCP that I can connect with.

she won't prescribe birth control. I was an existing patient at a family practice and now I need to changed offices because she won't do the the primary thing I need from a MD.
