Did not handle my pain. And I bet I’ll end up with a 2 k bill. If my foot is swollen. I need treatment that day. Not pushed away to another doctor.

This place is awful. I was exposed to a CO2 leak at work for HOURS and still having lots of symptoms and feeling terrible the next day. They refused to test my blood co2. They pushed me out the door as fast as possible. The dr talked to me like I was an idiot. Assuming I didn’t know the difference between Carbonmonoxide and Carbondioxide gas… The nurse who was discharging me said “we don’t do that test here…in the ER” while rushing out of my room after I asked for my blood levels be tested again. Then my discharge paper barely had anything on it. No information about CO2 poisoning. NOTHING. yet it did say “WARNING: Further evaluation is necessary” THEN WHY DID YOU LET ME LEAVE?? because I don’t have insurance?? yeah. Thanks a lot. I’m still laying here nauseous, dizzy and body aches and wondering if I have permanent damage from my prolonged exposure to a gas that could have killed me. They do not care about their patients, do NOT go here please.

I was in today for blood lab draw. The receptionist and lab teck could not possibly be better, nicer and more efficient. I would rate them both 5scale of 1to 5

Exceptional above and beyond service as always! Thank you Lisa for doing a fantastic job getting an IV in. I'm a hard stick. All other staff involved in my care today were amazing! Thank y'all!

Great care and kindness. I was treated quickly and respectfully during my entire stay. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was in good hands. New to the area, not knowing where to go, is always a gamble... Hunt Regional ER was a good call. They even called the next day to check on me!
