The staff and service used to be outstanding. I am unsure if they are closing down or not, but the last 3 times I came, they were closed due to staffing shortages. Finally, I get an appointment on their website, show up 25 minutes early. Now, they are open, but don't honor appts. Now, I have 1.5 hr wait. I also asked for dr notes for insurance during last visit. They wouldn't have them ready same day due to new software. Still waiting on those notes, a week later.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. They have a new system and apparently don't do appointments anymore. But their websites still has the option to do so. Otherwise, it's a great clinic. Last time I went I had no problems. Just don't make an appointment online, or else you'll drive all that way and then wait an hour and a half potentially.

Very easy process getting checked in. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Responsive to my medical concerns and provided for my needs.

Advertise a $99 flat rate for a visit which I would have paid on the spot, but refused to see me until I provided insurance information. Even though Ive worked at the university across the street for 20 years and have their insurance and if needed could have got them the information by the next day they wouldnt do a thing for me until I produced a card.

5 stars to Quick Visit Urgent Care in Commerce, TX! The staff and PA’s are informed and very professional. Every time that we have been there we are always sent home with the correct prescriptions. It is also a fast in and out when you are sick. Thank you!

The nurses and Doc were very helpful and nice. They were kind when I started to feel woozy after my two shots and they were very kind and helpful. I recommend everyone go there.
