Did not go here if you have Medicare or Medicaid because you'll get treated like crap. The office staff is so mean and unprofessional and they will make you wait and wait and wait forever. This is a narcissistic cess pool environment!!! Tammy thinks She owns the building ,she is probably sleeping with the doctor because she has that privilege to be mean and disrespectful to people. And poor doctor Kayla sides with everybody instead of listening to the patient. I suggest you contact the board of nursing if you have any complaints about this practice.

Needed an appointment quickly to get 3 referrals for an HMO. They were able to get me in the next business day, and the day after that, even though they were extremely busy, they had sent my necessary referrals to each provider. Thank you Tammy! Wonderful "customer"/patient service.

A great hometown full service clinic. Dr. Tom S. has been one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is kind and patient - always makes the time, even when you KNOW he is busy. We need to remember as fellow humans that medical staff may have bad days, be stressed, or not always feel great. If you establish a relationship with a staff member or 2 you will find they are kind & non judgmental & can deal with any insurance issue better than any doc office or pharmacy I have ever had. Never had a bad experience, great people that care.

Dr Richard Selvaggi is the best doctor at this clinic. He is very caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. I am literally going to cry if he retires. He is such a great doctor it is hard to get in to see him that you have to schedule way ahead of time. He has helped me tremendously with my chronic illnesses.

After waiting a month to get in I arrived at 10 am for a 10:30 appointment. I waited in the front until 11:00 and noticed that people who were there and arrived after I had already been seen. I was told then that I would be going right back. I waited in the exam room for another 30 minutes at which time I went out to find someone and was told he had stepped out and they did not know when he would be back. I wonder how long they would have left me there if I had not asked. I did not reschedule and will not return.

I took my mother to see Dr. Rick as a new patient. Everyone was very nice in the office and Dr. Rick took his time with my Mom and was very thorough on his exam , tests, etc..He seems cares about his patients. I was very pleased with the visit and more importantly my Mom was and that's what counts.

I was there for over an hour, watching patients who got there after me go in and out. After that hour, I asked why I had been left waiting so long and was told that "I was next, but there was an emergency and that's why I had to wait so long". Considering that I had seen literally every patient come in, I can confidently say that there were no emergencies, and secondly, who brings someone to a general practitioner when there is an emergency center down the road? While making bold faced lies to cover for incompetence is an option, I certainly wouldn't recommend it. I would rate this dumpster fire lower if I could. I have several rare illnesses and feel he does everything to help me. He explains my health issues and takes his time. When I have an appointment, I have his 100% attention. Don't know what will happen to me if he ever retires. I will be lost.

I have been a patient of his for almost 19 years. He has made it a point to be a very hands on dr. He takes pride in his patients. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone needing a primary dr. He does specialize in Geriatrics but still does provide primary care.
