The worst doctors office I've ever attended, staff is not helpful,no one listens to what you have to say, they don't give you a specialist when you need one,they don't to the leg work expect you to do it, my insurance company doesn't work that way ,now I have to file a complaint with Medicare

As you can see in the other reviews, the doctor is great and really cares about his people. His nurse and office manager are terrible. They don’t care about their patients. I am going to find a new Doctor because I cannot get taken care of properly here.

By far one of the worst doctor offices I have ever been to. How is a patient supposed to get refills on medications if there is no response from the "staff" to either myself or the pharmacy? Dr. Afzal is a decent doctor,however his staff is very unprofessional and rude. If I were doctor Afzal I would be looking for new office staff before he is left looking for new patients.I for one know a new doctor is on the horizon for me thanks to his "staff" or lack thereof.

DONT GO HERE! The entire staff is incompetent and RUDE! There app does not work so dont bother trying to download or use. No one responds. I was given a text # to the MA and was told to message her and she will respond. No text back. Me and my husband went in. He has some sort of mass that the doctor had him go get checked by CT and based on that was referred to a specialist. Went to specialist only to be told its not that go back to primary HE NEEDS To tell you where to go. Sent messages based on pain no response. We also has sleep study that was requested. Some spotty place called Blackstone charges us bother about $400.00 to send an overnight study. Only to be told there are no results on me and for my husband he has to go back in again to talk to doctor about it. There is a lot of unanswered questions and sour attitudes. I called MA Melissa again for details and after her being rude and not knowing or aware of how to answer questions i asked for management. Daisy arrived on the phone dry and sour voice, no message was relayed to her just a dry "how can i help" she looked into records and said you need to come back since you seem the specialist and he said mass is not that. I asked for same CT to be reviewed by doctor she said you need to come in. I asked about my sleep study results and they stated they dont have will call back this was done back in January. When I walked in the girls were rude. Short. and kicked back with phones in hand. Seem like younger incompetent little girls here with no manner or professional courtesy. I feel bad for the doctor. What a waste of him time and mine with a team like that. Or maybe its the doctor who is ignoring the patients and his office.

If I could rate a 0, I would. I just changed my primary doctor to Dr. Afzal, I've only had one appointment with him and he seems professional, but I have to wonder about his professionalism when he hires rude incompetent front office personnel. Their front office staff are horrible and want to act like we're lucky they showed up to work, they don't return calls, they slouch in their chairs like they're doing you a favor, they're rude. I don't know what makes them so bitter in life and think they have no accountability for their behavior towards patients. I'm a caregiver and would never speak or act like they do towards my patients.

Very happy with my treatment and care by Dr. Afzal. You are never rushed. I'm thrilled with his new staff additions - Kim, the brightest and kindest PA ever, and Yesenia, Front Desk Guru. The changes are fabulous and have already made a difference in my book.

Bottomline, I will not be coming back. Everybody there treats you with smiling faces and a barrage of empty thanks, please, you're welcome, etc. What I would prefer to deal with would be competent professions which are completely lacking at this facility. Three weeks after my exam, I am still trying to get a copy of my lab work so I can determine for myself if there are any issues. "Medical Assistant" will not answer nor return phone calls.

Dr. Afzal is a great humorous physician who is caring and attentive to his patients. Also, he takes the time to explain any lab results or questions that you may have. Very good bed side manner. But, his office staff hasn't be so efficient.

I like the doctor a lot but the office part up front part whatever you want to call it I do not like so much they drag their feet on getting referrals out I have been waiting three weeks now to get them to send a referral over to the doctor that doctor Afzal wanted me to go to
