Office staff openly lied to patients and when called out on it, became defensive. Haven't been able to speak with Dr. Kwatra, to tell him what happened, because the same office staff have dropped me as a patient so I can't tell the doctor what's happening in his office. I've requested an explanation for this action but so far it has been ignored unfortunatelyi have to advise current and future patients to skip over this doctor until he has an opportunity to correct the problems in his office staff.

My husband sees Dr. Kwatra. We have always been very pleased with him and his staff. The service that we receive is exceptional. He is a highly skilled, wonderful, caring doctor. The nurses and the office staff do an outstanding job as well. We rate this doctor five stars!

Everyone at the office made me feel relaxed and comphy. Dr Elders made sure I knew what was going on and answered all my questions I had. He told me step by step everything he was going to do when I had my shots for my knees. Very caring

Dr Kwatra changed my life! I've struggled with urology problems throughout my over 50 years of age. I've got surgery after surgery with little improvement. Dr. Kwatra saw the root of the problem and he fixed it. It's been amazing!

Front office staff was helpful and friendly . I was 30 minutes late for my appointment but helped me with paperwork Doctor went over my concernes and suggest treatment. Going back for a test next week
