Dr. Basford is the most straight shooting doctor that I deal with... a real breath of fresh air. Competent, intelligent, articulate and easy to understand.

Dr. Basford has been our Dr for over 5 years and is Awesome. My type 1 diabetic brother had a Acute Ischemic stroke at work and it threw him into kidney failure quickly. On Peritoneal Dialysis at home now and doing ok. Dr. Basford is very educated and dedicated and will do her best to preserve your kidneys as long as humanely possible, then give you options. We took referal to J.C. Walter Transplant center in Houston waiting on a kidney now. Hoping to always continue with Dr Basford??

Dr. Basford is a very good doctor, explains the condition and the procedures thoroughly. I really trust her her experience. Unfortunately the staff is a different story, mixed up my appointments, overcharged me, sent me a refund i never got and sent me a bill for an appointment i didn't make. This hurts the practice as much as a bad doctor.

Dr Basford is without a doubt a great Dr. however she has a tendacy to get to emotionally involved with her patients.

Dr. Basford displays poor bedside manners. She is not a very good listener and communication is always one-way, you listen to her. She will not explain the medical condition to my family members. Her office staff never calls Rx on time, it usually takes weeks to get a refill. The visits a very costly and they threatened to report me for collection, when i finally gave up on Dr. Basford. Folks, we deserve better care than what Dr. Basford offers.

She's the only one of my doctors - and I have many of them - whom I trust implicitly. She is warm, caring, engaging and focused on my needs. I've had problems with staff at other offices, but never at hers. When you have a serious medical condition, you want to know your doctor sees you as a person and wants every minute she gives you to count. I have no doubt of this with Dr. Basford.

I have been seeing Dr. Basford for several years now and she really goes the extra mile. She answers all of my questions and follows up with calls to my home with medicine changes if my bloodwork results warrant it (once at 2 am!). She really is a caring doctor.

She explains your condition clearly and what she plans to do to get your back on your feet. Her bedside manners is the best. I cannot believe that anyone would report on her bedside manners as being bad. I was in the hospital 3 times this year and spent what time that was needed to see that I was taken care. She came by while I was waiting for my out patient treatment and check out my health and make sure that needs was being taken of. She found that I was in danger of kidney failure.

She is smart but her bedside manner sucks. She is kurt, abrupt and aloof. She spends literally no more 3 minutes with you and has to learn how to not be so rough in speech. Dr. Frome her partner is completely opposite. He treats you like a human not a case.
