List of Carenow Urgent Care's Reviews
I truly liked the experience that I had with urgent care in Conroe tx. They are friendly and very professional...give them a try if you are in the area
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this urgent care at the Conroe TX location. I was the only one at the lobby, I went inside to one of the rooms and then waited for 30 minutes or more. I found out they took care of another person that came way after me and told me I needed to wait possibly 30 more minutes for the doctor to see me. No patients were waiting only me at that time. Kind of sketchy.
Highly recommended the wait in line feature on the website. Makes it super quick and easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The guy at the front desk was super kind and personable as well.
Very friendly and quick to attend to my needs. Professional!
Only leaving a start because you have to. What a terrible experience. Front desk had an attitude with everyone that walked in the door. Wanted to help no one as if you were bothering her to do her job. I waited over 3 hours and just left. They could not have cared less. Wouldn't go there eve again even if you told me it was free.
Everything was good except they put the wrong Pharmacy on my information. We had filled the form out correctly. They had no reason for their mistake. If I had not read through the paper work, I wouldn’t have caught the mistake until I called my Pharmacy looking for my prescription. .
I went to this clinic with cold symptoms a little over a week ago. The PA that saw me checked my ears and listened to my breathing and said I have acute sinusitis. She only prescribed me steroids. I am self pay so it cost me $180. A week and 2 days later it has begun to spread into my chest and will not let me sleep because of the cough and congestion. I called back and told the receptionist that I need something more than a steroid like an antibiotic. She checked with the PA and got back on the phone to tell me that too much time has gone by and I need to come back in and pay another $180 to be seen. I feel like they are just looking to get paid again for their lack of proper diagnosis and prognosis. They should have ran some sort of test and not rushed through my visit of 5 minutes. It’s not fair to their patients to make them pay twice for the same thing a week later because they didn’t do their job the first time. I’m supposed to hear back from a manager and will update once I do.
I received quality care in a shirt amount of time. Thank you.
The nurse practitioner is fabulous, she really went deep and found what was going on. She also explain why I had pain. I would love to contact the manager to tell him/her about my experience
Great place fast and friendly

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
