Cole Pediatric Therapy's Online Review Report Card

We were referred to these people and forced to endure a waiting period for them to contact us. After weeks had passed our son DR gave us the number to contact them, when they rudely informs us that they had been calling us. Which is either a lie or some clerical error. Anyways they wouldn't set an appointment on that call and be supposed to call us back almost a month ago.... No call. This is unacceptable, they mat have the best practitioners in the area, but their staff has woefully failed my family.

My son has been going here for five years I love all the staff and employees they are there to help you in anyway possible if you have a child that needs therapy this is the place to bring them they treat your child as if they are one of there own. I appreciate all the support that I get from Cole Therapy, having a child with Autism has been really hard on my son and myself but we get through every obstacle because of the great support system.

My son has a couple therapies here and honestly I’m glad I didn’t choose another place. I just love how’s friendly and communicative they are. My son doesn’t take to many different new people , he does have Autism, and he loves coming to Cole since the first day. You guys are awesome !

My son has been going to Cole Pediatric Therapy for the past three years and I love the whole entire staff, they are so professional and they care about the childrens needs as well as the parents, any questions or concerns that I have are taken care of immediately I would recommend them to any one that has a child with a learning disability. My son Kaleb was nonverbal when he first arrived he was 3 1/2 yrs. old and he will be 7 on the 3rd of April he talks very well and uses complete sentences, he has more strength in his hands he takes speech and occupational therapy twice a week until he is able to to things better on his own. I consider the staff my family they make me so happy everytime I take my son for his seesions his face lights up and he knows practically everyone by there name he has become a better child he is more secure and happy because of Cole Therapy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It’s been well over a month since my sons appointment, and they have yet to send the stuff to the doctor. Everytime I call their “systems are down, or haven’t updated.. Will call you back after 3pm etc..” I’ve only received one phone call the entire time!! I’ve been calling every single day for the last 3 weeks and still the same answer. This place is absolutely ridiculous!

My daughter has been going here for over a year for speech and OT but she hasn't learned a single thing, literally. All these people care about is the money.They also dont stick to their word. They changed our contract without even notifying me first, and that was after I already signed the contract. These people are very unprofessional and have horrible customer service. The building looks trashy inside, and all that money they make they cant afford to renovate the place? smh..Please save.your money and go somewhere else... and the good reviews you see on here come from the workers themselves and not from actual clients, so dont let the FAKE good reviews full you because I know first hand how this place is, and it's the worst pediatric therapy place there is, especially if your kid has autism, this is not the place.
