Perfect experience. I had really bad cataracts, macular degeneration, and astigmatism in both eyes requiring a different kinds of lens in each eye. Dr. Kuglen made clear all my options and the work in both eyes was completed within 2 weeks with excellent outcome. I could not have wished for a better experience. Staff was also outstanding, and surgeries are done in a Conroe facility that prohibits COVID patients, and that screens all who enter.

Would NEVER go there again. Waited more than an hour 1st visit told it was an issue getting all new pt info loaded. It was two hours before we had a 3 min visit with doc. 2nd visit even worse tech that saw us looked as if she had slept in her clothes we had already been waiting 30 min past appt time. She said they we short staffed. Again almost 2 hrs before we saw the doc and he asked us what meds he had prescribed. So if u value your time go elsewhere

Dr. Kuglen restored my vision after two retina procedures and two years of being legally blind (20/400). I recommend him very highly in every aspect of his practice. He takes the time to talk to you, he explains everything completely (without talking down to you), and is very professional. On one of my follow-up visits my wife had what appeared to be the beginning of conjunctivitis. He took the time to examine her eye and told her the appropriate treatment free of charge.
