Elizabeth Slauter's Online Review Report Card

I waited a month to have my appointment with Dr. Slauter then come to find out they call me to cancel my appointment because what I had scheduled in the system was not enough time. Again this is not my fault the online system did it incorrectly. Now they want me to wait another 2 months to make an appointment so I just cancelled completely. Very disappointed and the clerk was not very helpful. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ultimately, I feel the doctor is a bit inexperienced and this Conroe clinic is lackluster compared to my prior Kelsey experiences over the past 30+ years. Overall - the doctor does not have that personal touch and is unwilling to truly work with you on matters (resolving health issues, how health issues impact both your personal and professional life). Not sure if this is a result of her inexperience or something else. Does not seem to respect recent specialist's opinions. Very concerning. Both doctors at this clinic are below par. Doesn't really appear to care about her patients and/or disregards what they say. Staffing - absolutely terrible. Nurses are not supportive and the billing department is a complete disaster. Nurses refuse to answer messages or attempt to do the absolute minimum they can do (including not helping you). Charges are always wrong and they even attempt to bill you for a free annual exam. Go to the Woodland's Kelsey office, the doctors and nurses are much better and helpful. Alternatively, see another doctor.

Dr. Slaughter is very caring, she listened to every word and concern I had. I have never had such great care before.

She is a friendly but professional Dr. Answered my questions so that I understood what she was talking about. Took her time with me, was not in a hurry. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Slauter is just fabulous. She is the best PCP I've ever had. She listens, she hears what you say and offers you options to resolve your issues or concerns, not just says "there's nothing that can be done" about something. She's very professional, kind and compassionate.

She is very thorough and attentive. She values my personal time as well as my familys need for my wellbeing. We need more doctors like her!!!

Dr. Slauter is the best! She makes you feel comfortable she is personable, professional and answers any questions or concerns in detail. I highly recommend her!

Very easy to talk to, she never rushes through a visit. She’s always attentive and addresses all of my questions and concerns with professional support and personal compassion and understanding. I’m very lucky to have found her !!!

Dr. Slauter at Kelsey Seybold Clinic was kind and listened to my concerns. I really didn’t know if I should use an internal medicine doctor but I wanted an appointment as soon as I could get one. I’m glad I chose her. I would definitely make a video appointment with her again if needed.
