always takes the time to answer any questions. bedside manner elicits trust
I’ve been 4 times. The shortest wait after my appointment time was 45 min. The longest was 5 hours. Since they take your copay when you sign in I couldn’t even get a refund and leave. Had several issues with the office not scheduling other test in time for appointments and even watched two workers taking my blood samples almost fist fight. Doctor seems good, but the office is lacking greatly. I get penalized if I’m late for an appointment, why can’t they start taking money off my bill to recoup lost wages waiting away in a waiting room.
Dr. Kleinbaum is one of the best doctors with whom I've ever visited. He's kind, thorough, thoughtful, and takes his time to fully understand his patient's concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a hematologist and am forever grateful for his time and insight.
My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2014. Dr Kleinbaum was an amazing doctor through her fight and the loss of my just a few months after she was diagnosed. He was always willing to allow me on speaker phone when I couldn’t make it in town and answer my million of questions. My mom always felt comfortable being in his care. He would always personally return my phone calls and while he sometimes delivered bad news it was always so kind with the best bedside manner. He even called when she passed away and was no longer in his care due to her moving to live with me in DFW. Our family was very Thankful for him during what is such a hard time.
Dr. Kleinbaum and the entire staff at Millennium have proven themselves over and over again during the past year in my treatment of cancer. I can't say enough in praise for him and the Millennium staff. Dr Kleinbaum is knowledgable, caring, and extremely supportive and I just want to share this with potential patients. Additionally, John with Waldron Medical Research, has been a God send for me. His compassion and support has been invaluable in my care.
Been going to see Dr. Kleinbaum for 3 years. He is a thoughtful, caring, and kind practitioner. He did a bone marrow biopsy on me and it was painless...I felt pressure, but no pain. A miracle!
Dr Kleinbaum was recommended to me by my primary physician and a good friend that uses him. I had an oncologist/hematologist that I found uninterested in me and was looking for someone that would atleast look at my chart to know what had been done. Dr. Kleinbaum does that, he takes time to talk to me and more importantly listen to me. I understand tests may not show what the doctor might think but it is my body and I know when things aren't right. I found this with Dr Kleinbaum. Everyone in the office is really nice but Sandra has gone above and beyond. Insurance company has balked at some tests and Sandra and Dr. Kleinbaum have been dealing with them to get what he thinks needs to be done is done. I'm very happy with my change in doctors. My primary told me he was recommending an eagle and he did.
My husband and I are both patients and we are so pleased with Dr. Kleinbaum's care and expertise. He answers all our questions and gives us confidence about our treatment plans. We highly recommend him.
he has treated me for three different cancers and he has excelled in my recovery
One of the most considerate and caring physician’s my husband and I ever met. Dr. Kleinbaum knows his business. My husband and I have the utmost confidence in this doctor and to us, that’s a big deal as it should be with anybody fighting multiple myeloma or any other cancer. He explained everything in plain English from the very first visit and always answers any questions we may have. His staff are always kind and considerate of my husband’s needs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
