To start on a positive note, I accompanied my Mama for an appointment with Giselle (do hope I am spelling her name correctly) for a removal of the stitches she had due to a nasty fall. The absolute thoroughness of wanting to make sure Mama was comfortable during the process was the most compassionate display I’ve seen from any of the provider’s at this office. Truly was blown away by her skillset and bedside manner— she displays care towards a stranger as if she was her loved one, which is lost on a lot of physicians we have met with in the past couple years. Definitely pleased with this impactful care and will continue to see Giselle in future visits. However, I do have a concerns for the office admin that should be brought to light. The check-in process was that in itself A PROCESS. My Mama has been a patient of this facility for quite a number of years and the check-in is ever changing. Not only did I deem this go to the desk, go have a seat, no come back to be quite a bit unnecessary due to the fact that there were no other patients waiting to be checked-in—had I not been there my Mama would have left the facility without her driver’s license or insurance card. Also booking this appointment was an awful experience as well, I was left on hold for an extensive amount of time because the clerk was unsure of the process of stitch removal, which is fine gain clarity, but not being told that my Mama should have taken a pain reliever prior to appointment seems like a bit of important information that was left unsaid. Thankfully Giselle has a gingerly and accurate approach to the removal of stitches or my Mama would had to endure another bout of pain with the removal of the 17 stitches she had. Thanks so very much to Giselle, literal godsend. 💖

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hallbauer and Sarah PA-C. They listen to your concerns and treat people with kindness and dignity.

Practice has taken on more patients than they can handle. Expect long wait times and impersonal care.

Loved Dr. Hallbauer with my first son. However, just called to get my newborn in for his first appt and I cannot get an appt because “the system is down” I would think someone could send me paperwork some kind of way or let me fill out paperwork at first appt. being that I live an hour away and have a newborn.

Horrible customer service!! You cannot charge someone who has a $0 copay, and not very helpful at all. Making a complaint with my insurance now who just told me this information. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and not very comforting in my EMERGENCY situation.

Dr. Hallbauer and PA Sara are great! They truly care about your well-being and don't rush you through your appointment like so many fo.

The Dr's that I have seen at Hallbauer's office have been helpful. The complaint and problem that I have is getting to talk to a person in the phone when trying to schuele an appointment. The automated phone system in this office is a complete failure. It tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back which 9 times out of ten never happens. Every now and then after multiple attemps and wasted time on hold only to be disconnected, and start the fustrating process all over again. The only reason I give the office staff 1 star is because its the only way that I can post this ever is. The PA's are quite good if you ever get to make and appointment. A day later and I'm still waiting on a call back from a call placed yesterday morning. Apparently no one ever takes the time to check the messages and return calls. Very unprofessional front office. My wife and I are changing doctors so that we can get the help we need in a timely manner. Did I mention the horrible PHONE SYSTEM and FRONT OFFICE STAFF. 1st grade students could do better.

Terrible care from PA Sara. Pain in my hip & leg. PA Sara gave me pain meds, said see you 3 weeks.I fired PA Sara. NEW DOCTOR, is Dr. Allamon. (Houston Methodist, Conroe,Tx) . Has taken additional month to get to source. MRI with contract. Painful to walk & can barely walk or work or stand. Fell down my steps at home ! After almost 5 months, should know if my leg is broken or something else ?? PA Sara could have had tests already in hand. The pain is not Muscular is all I know till Tues. It is almost Christmas..Could have addressed this much needed diagnosis months ago. Another patient left PA Sara yelling he had waited to long..walked out.. Sorry Dr. Hallbauer. You lost me & my husband as patients.

Nice office and staff,over charges ins co.by calling most 5 min or less visits 45+min when charging the ins co.only saw hallbaur once out of seven visits.

I am not sure what the situation iis. It very difficult to call their office and talk to anybody.
