As always great caring service

The staff from nurses to techs. To housekeeping were all very nice. There things that seemed missing that other hospitals readily have available. Things such as Kleenex, water pitchers filled with ice water. A menu the patient can choose from. Also … the walls are very thin so you can hear the patients on each side of your room. The patient to the left of me was up laughing & talking on his phone. It sounded like he was having a party in his room. There was more than one person in there most of the night.Other than that, it was okay.

Disorganized. Lacks communication between Dr, nurses & departments. Did not have a good experience. Discharged without a diagnosis or orders to follow up on. Never saw a Dr before I left. Very disappointed & upset.

I was not a patient at HCAMy brother was there went for a test and somebody went into his wallet and took $450 out do not trust these people

Amazing experience from start to finish. The L&D and postpartum nurses were ALL incredible! Dr. Young is the outstanding and the OR staff was very supportive! ALL we’re very attentive and knowledgeable. I’m so pleased I chose to deliver here again. I don’t have a single complaint. Well, other than the ER security guard guy that came onto my husband while he was picking up a DoorDash order in the emergency department. Made my husband so uncomfortable that he didn’t want to leave in fear of crossing paths with him again. That was just a small hiccup in what was the perfect delivery experience of our baby girl.

I did not spend over countless hours in the emergency room, they got me in and out and I felt like they actually cared, and didn't waste my time, the only real issue I had was the security guard, I was trying to ask a question because of my concern and no help from him. But my doctors where kind, the nurses where beyond expectations. I was shock. What really made them stand out this was the first time I have been to the er where they actually addressed my actual problems and not blame my weight and brush me off, So thank you!

Yearly mammogram . Emailed me paperwork before visit which is great. Still a few more to fill out when there. Safe environment and everyone from front to tech very kind.

I received wonderful care. I couldn’t have asked for better nurses or doctors. They work very long hours and are very kind and professional. At the same time, feel like you are getting very special treatment. Can’t praise them enough.

During my surgery, no one ever came to report how I was doing to my wife in the waiting room. She was given a pager so the hospital could easily be in touch, but no one did.I'm a hard stick so they used a machine to locate my veins. Despite this, while one technician was properly locating my veins with the machine, another tech was poking me in my opposite HAND trying to race the guy with the machine. He hurt me and for no reason other than his ego.I went home immediately after surgery and was given a lot of paperwork to read. But the information following surgery was very poor and didn't help.My surgeon never even spoke to me about how the surgery went.At home the next day, I had bronchitis following my surgery and couldn't speak. My throat was so sore from the tubes, which in retrospect was probably sized too large for my esophagus.
