I had a wonderful experience. surgery went great, no pain, recovery was smooth. I would highly recommend them. Staff was funny and kept me at ease. All around really happy with them.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going to Dr Neagles office for years. Every visit is like visiting friends - entire team is respectful, caring and courteous of your time.. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I can’t sing Dr. Niegel’s praises enough. He is professional, extremely qualified, kind, sweet, communicative and happy to answer all your questions and a very qualified surgeon. Unfortunately his front desk and assistance sadly do not represent his office this way at all. Today was my oral surgery, and was not treated compassionately anytime Dr. Neagle was absent and I was left with his assistants. At first, arriving to the office, The front receptionist asked if I had taken my antibiotics before the procedure. This was the first I had heard of any instruction about needing to take antibiotics before arriving. They truly believe they told me to take antibiotics before arriving for my surgery yet I am more than positive they did NOT instruct me to do so at all during or after my consultation, or the day before when they called me to confirm the surgery. They reminded me about not eating or drinking after midnight, but you couldn’t mention the antibiotics? When I walked in for my surgery they look at me and act as if this was my irresponsible mistake. I could see the assistant in the back become irritable and roll her eyes. They were able to delay my surgery time for the antibiotics they gave me in the office to work, and this whole situation I could’ve overlooked, HAD NOT THE FOLLOWING EVENTS HAPPENED: As I’m taken back into the surgery room, This same assistant/nurse had the worst attitude and rolling eyes the entire time, treated me with the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen, to the point it was embarrassing for me and my uncle. She did not care at all when I explained to her how nervous I get with IV’s, she was pushy when it came to my uncle needing to leave the room when he was comforting me and praying with me before the IV sedation. The most Infuriating part for me was when I woke up from the anastesia and it was just me and her in the room alone. she is barking orders at me in the worst possible tones. I was confused waking up, hearing all kinds of machines beeping and All Sensed was frustration and anger in her voice as she told me I was not breathing correctly.. it was not a pleasant way to wake up as I became scared and felt like I was doing something seriously wrong. How can a drugged up patient do any thing wrong when they’re not even in control and don’t even know what’s going on? Enlighten me. Every time Dr. neagle was in the room, she turned into her fake happy voice, and as soon as he left she’d be back to her old self. If you hate your job so much then why don’t you leave? You don’t treat people like this and you should honestly not only evaluate you career choice, but take a good deep look as to why you are an irritable and angry human being. Scheduling the surgery was a frustrating process as well, as I am a complex kidney transplant recipient, and with The scheduling of my surgery I had to act as the middle man between my transplant team and Dr. Niegles staff. After confirming with my transplant team that everything was properly sent over to the oral surgeon office, apparently Niegle’s receptionist was unable to find anything they faxed over, even though it had been days since they had already sent it over. I did not feel like a priority after expressing that I needed to get in for the oral surgery ASAP. I had to become the middle person emailing back and forth which I honestly doubt, had I not intervened, if I’d even get a call back to schedule my surgery. Honestly, dr. Niegle is incredible. But who he has representing him at the front left me with an appalling experience. I’ve dealt with doctors and nurses too much in my life, and I simply have no patience anymore to deal with staff members who have no show compassion and frankly need to find a different line of work.

Dr Neagle and his staff are absolutely outstanding! They were all so helpful and caring to my wife needs. Dr. Neagle truly has a heart of gold. I highly recommend his office.
