Dr. Baker, has been mine and my husband's doctor for 20 plus years. Dr. Baker has been the best doctor we have ever had. Dr. Baker truly cares for his patients. I believe there should be more doctors like him. I don't know what I will do ,if he ever retirees. Once you've had the best, there is no comparison.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. I left 3 messages over 2 days on behalf of my elderly mother to get a lab order and prescription refill but did not receive a phone call back from the nurse. The secretary is polite, but it is unacceptable for a doctors office to let over 32 hours pass without responding to a request before the weekend. They are clearly overwhelmed or incompetent. Not what you want in your doctor!!!

I left 3 messages over a 30 hour period to get a lab slip and prescription refill for my elderly mother. The nurse did not return my phone call before the weekend so I have had to page the on-call physician. This is simply unacceptable. Find another doctor that is more responsive and easier to use. There are many out there!
