I really did enjoy my visit with Dr. O'Neal and look forward to being his patient..he asked many questions and doing what he can to help me with my illness..Thanks Doc and I enjoyed the front office personnel too.. very nice to me!!!

could be better

This review is on the doctor only and excludes the staff/billing/nurses/ etc. Overall, I assess him as a 5 star doctor and I have been with him for nearly 20 years. He is not flawless (human like us) all but he is want you want as a doctor for the following reasons: 1) He generally cares about his patience and wants to help you (and listen). He reads your file before the meetings and tries to work with you for your health goals 2) He is willing to go the extra mile and help you get the medicine/treatment you need (even if it means working hours when he's off or fighting with the insurance company for you) 3) He let's you know how it is (if you are sick, if he knows the issue, if he doesn't know the issue, of it's something to worry about, etc). 4) He gets results 5) If you leave a message for the doctor (or ask a nurse to ask a doctor for you), he will get back with you. That's been my experience with him and I will definitely stay with this doctor. Not many doctors will go the extra mile for you anymore.

Staff were very friendly, Dr.O'Neal on the other hand he rushed through things and seemed very bothered and not so happy around my husband and I and my kids. I didn’t feel comfortable and It was just a very weird energy in the room. I will not let him put his hands on my child for ear tubes, its that bad. Didn't like it at all. Unfortunately, will not be going back again.

Dr O'Neal is so kind and caring, he has seen my daughter since 6 months of age, and has been so gentle and patient with her. Would recommend over and over again, thank you!

Dr. O'Neal is amazing! He has seen my toddler, my 12 year old son and myself as a patient! At every visit, he has been caring and has gone above and beyond to help us. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! He is absolutely the best!!

I called at around 1140 AM today, January 20th, to make an appointment as a new patient. The staff who answered Dr. O'Neal's phone was very rude. The tone of the voice was not friendly or accommodating. I asked some questions to attempt to determine what I might need to do. If this is the kind of staff I will be dealing with, then I will have to find another option, even though Dr O'Neal was highly recommended. The front office people are the front line of the practice and they represent the doctor. The staff rudeness is unacceptable. 01-22-2021 - Thank you Susan Palmer for contacting me regarding this issue. I was very pleased with your response to our issue. As a result of your obvious care and concern, I decided to use Dr. O'Neal's services. I appreciate the effort you made to remedy the situation. It is refreshing to see this type of service and understanding of the frustration that I experienced on my initial attempt to contact your office.

He didn’t say much.

For me, Dr. O'Neal was okay. A few of the things I didn't like was that it's VERY hard to get a hold of his office. They are closed on Fridays I believe and they are out for lunch for about 2 hours. Which is fine, but it just made it harder for ME to get on the phone with someone when I needed to. Also, he likes to leave the office early so there isn't much availability in the afternoons and when I did get an appointment in the afternoons, they would call to try to get me to come in earlier. That can be an inconvenience if you can't really get there earlier in the day. When I would get to see the doctor, I didn't feel as comfortable with him as I would have liked. He didn't explain things as well as I would've liked and would be in a hurry to leave the room before I could think of any concerns. I did have surgery with him, and I'm hoping he did a good job. These are just things I would've liked to know before I chose him so I hope this information helps others.

I had no trouble locating his office. The waiting area was clean with plenty of hand sanitizer, masks, and tissues. I receptionist was super helpful and friendly. The wait time was about 10 min and Dr. O'Neal was very nice and he listend.. We I enjoyed our visit at the E.N.T...
