She listen and respond where you can understand very good doctor

I liked this physician but I felt that their was a lack of attentiveness to ordering tests and associated essential medications. The front office is particularly unresponsive in supplying requested medical records.

Dr. Kern is the best, she listens to why she's seeing you, and then together you will decide your course of treatment. I love her, she's the best.

Hard to imagine Dr. Kern cares for her patients when she allows her office staff to treat them so horribly. Vea, apply at Applebees to be a hostess. You have no business working in the healthcare industry, treating a stroke patient with such inconsideration. Imagine if it was your elderly mother, who just had a stroke, and was being treated less than human. Trying to get documentation to share with insurance to continue short term disability took 3 weeks, multiple phone calls, and an impromptu visit to the office where you’re treated like you’ve done something wrong. This is a decade long patient.

Staff is unbelievably rude! The immature little girl who ANSWERS PHONES for a living actually HANGS UP on patients🤣 She is paid to sit on her behind and take calls but instead she hangs up on patients who have been seeing Kern for almost two decades. How this makes sense to anyone, I'm not sure. Who hires these females? Ugh. Completely disgusted.

For a week, I called every morning and left a message. The recording stated that they check for messages several times an hour. I was never called back. By Friday, I gave up and decided to find another doctor. Don’t count on being able to contact the office.

I am kinda picky when it comes to doctors. But my entire family has been seeing Dr Kern for going on 15 years. Great bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients and will go the extra mile.

I have been going to Dr.Kern for many years . This LADY really cares about you . She never rushes your visit . This LADY really cares about what is happening and she does every thing possible to get to the bottom of what is going on . If you are looking for a doctor that really has a HEART AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE THIS LADY WILL . Check her out some time .You will be so glad you did . Her staff is as caring and giving as she is . THEY ALL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL . GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

Dr. Kern is one of the best physicians in the area. I have know her for over 10 years and have to say she and her staff do a great job looking out for me.

I saw Dr. Kern for about 7 years. Unfortunately I never felt I was heard. As a person Dr. Kern is nice, just not a good communicator as my PC Physician. On occasion I would need to call the office since my password didn’t seem to work on the Portal and it was never dealt with. The staff seemed frustrated to have to answer questions. I gave it an honest try, it just didn’t work out for me.
