I had an in office procedure and felt comfortable during the whole process. Dr Gilmore thoroughly explained everything to me before and after. I feel confident with her performing my upcoming colonoscopy. A+!

The greatest Doctor EVER!!! She saved my life.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Every aspect of the experience with Dr. Gilmore and her staff was amazing. The front desk is so kind - she made making an appointment and checking a breeze. The nurses assisting were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. And Dr. Gilmore - I cannot say enough. She is so personable and funny but most importantly knowledgeable and skilled! She doesn’t rush in and out- she takes the time to explain everything to you and explains treatment, procedures, and aftercare. Did not think I would be laughing and smiling during my procedure but thanks to Dr. Gilmore she made it painless and comfortable. Highly recommend! She’s the best!

My appointment was set for 11/22 at 10am. At 10:30 I was notified that it was going to take an additional 40 mins before I could be seen. Unacceptable at many levels! I drove well over an hour to be seen. I definitely will not be returning or recommending this practice. Further, I received a Fistulotomy well over a month ago and it’s still not healed. In fact, it’s the same as it was before the surgery.

Dr Gilmore is compassionate, caring and really listens to her patients. Would rate her higher than 5 if it were possible!

I just had surgery right after the 1st re-open for regular surgeries during this corona virus. Dr. Gilmore is the BEST! Not only in surgery but She is the most caring doctor and doesn't rush you out, taking time to listen and she is that way with all her patients I know because she spends time listening and if you have an appointment with her, don't be in a hurry because she takes time and care with all and you may have to wait your turn but well worth it!! ^j^ God Bless You Dr. Gilmore ^j^

Dr. Gilmore went above any doctors care we've ever experienced! Our twenty-two year old son, who has special needs, had a pilonidal cyst. We were, thankfully, referred to Dr. Gilmore, for she and her staff handled our son's issues with the upmost consideration. I was given all the support and information to be successful at managing his wound care. The doctor's goal was to help him to not get another cyst, which required a lot of time on her part. In fact there is no other surgeon who does these cysts in this marrer, because of the all the time it takes to heal properly. We are so grateful for the personal professional care from Dr. Gilmore and her staff.

I called the office this morning to make an appointment... first thing girl asks is for my insurance company and id instead of my name and appt date info. I asked if I don’t have insurance I can’t make an appt? She replied with “we run insurance first” wow ok so they don’t care that you need an appointment but just wanna be sure they will get paid hmm. I gave her my insurance id and phone number as she said she would call me right back. 2 hours later still haven’t received a call back. Has patient care gone out the window? Needless to say I will be going elsewhere! I hope this doctor is aware how her staff is running off potential patients!!!
