Dr Payne is amazing. She is so caring and understanding with my daughter. She worked with my daughter’s rheumatologist to find a better solution for her treatment and now her hair is growing back and her skin is gorgeous again!!! Thank you Dr. Payne!!

Office staff Brook and office manager very rude I went to my car twice while waiting to be called to the back, it took me 3 minutes to walk outside to make sure my car was still running as I had my dog in the car. Brook told me if I left again I would need to reschedule, I explained the car would turn off after 15 minutes and it was 91 degrees outside. I told her you must not own a dog. Another 15 minutes went by and I said I had to check.She said reschedule, I said I will find another office.Called Tammy the office manager to tell her about this and she was anything BUT concerned or empathetic. She said that is what Dr. Payne said to do. Needless to say I have found a new dermatologist.

Took a long time just to schedule an appointment. I had to wait an hour beyond my appointment because she was behind schedule. She could have explained more in detail of my condition, the follow-up and procedures needed. The assistant provided me care instructions sheet without going over it with me. Seems this office is running cattle thru the shoots and in a hurry

Dr. Payne has been mine and my wife's dermatologist for more than ten years, and the favorite of several of our church friends. She is unusually thorough and detailed in her careful inspections, literally from head to toe. She even discovered a tiny cancerous spot on my eyelid which my opthamologist said was a surprising catch. A very caring doctor.

Dr. Payne is a really caring human being and doctor. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them. The hard part is getting to see her when an emergency comes up but I'm working with the nurses to see her. Dr Payne is great!

As a physician, whose last name is "Payne," (sounds like "Pain), it's rather obvious that this lady must try a little harder in proving her expertise as a dermatologist, and, she does this very nicely. There is no pain in visiting this physician, as she is polite, attentive, and dedicated to her patient's well-being and our dermatological needs. My visits to her office are always a pleasant, and delightful experience.
