I understand when calling to schedule an appointment they may be busy. But when they keep putting me on hold then coming back on the line every 30 seconds saying the extension is busy. That's annoying. The last time they said the extension was busy and said goodbye. I called back and the guy corrected me, stating I was disconnected.

Dr McKillip has been our daughters’ pediatrician since birth and she is a true professional. We love her very much!!!

Dr McKillip has seen all three of my children and we love her. She spends time making sure you are comfortable with everything going on with them and is great with the kids. We have seen other pediatricians and love her the most!

Dr. McKillip has been both of my girl's Dr. since the day they were born and she has been fantastic from the start. She explained away the fears I had when my oldest was young and I was completely overprotective. Her nurses are great and have the quickest hands with a shot I have ever seen.

Dr McKillip has been our pediatrician for over 6 years. She is very well balanced - listening to concerns and explaining the items that we should be concerned about. She doesn't prescribe antibiotics for every little thing, and never makes me feel dumb for bringing my child in when it turns out to be just a cold. I love the nurses as well!

My family has been going to Dr. McKillip for 14 years. She is my absolute favorite doctor, listens, doesn’t prescribe antibiotics just for the heck of it. My four children have been well cared for by her in all these years. I’m sad they are getting old, which means we have to go to a regular doctor. Her nurses are just as great as she is. Highly recommend her!

There is nothing good I can say about Laurel McKillip. My baby boy is 9 months old and after every visit with her I say it will be the last but keep holding out but today I have had enough. 1st of all McKillip is RUDE. 2nd she DOES NOT LISTEN to patient needs. 3rd no matter what the issue big or small she just says uh huh uh huh ya well thats fine when other doctors have said otherwise. Now at her new office there is NO PARKING so I had to park at another building and walk through the woods!!!

Dr.McKillip, her team, and staff are all wonderfully patient, attentive, and friendly. My son is special needs and they have gaine his trust after ONE visit! I am rather shocked at the low star rating. She and her staff spend time with their patients as though they're the only one in the world. That's dedication.

Dr. McKillip has always explained things to me in a way I understand and doesn't exaggerate or downplay a situation. She has caught problems with very little information that have saved my daughter hours and hours of discomfort and pain. Her and her staff are very conscious of the treatment they give to the individual child and the overall health of the community. I wish more doctors were this professional and responsible.
