Leticia Garcia-Seay Md's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Seay for about 20 years at the Conroe location. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, listens, explains, and cares. Everything you want in a doctor. Her nurses are also very personable and helpful. Never feel rushed.

I moved to Texas a month ago and one of my first tasks was to find a good primary doctor. I saw the reviews and achievements of Dr. Leticia Garcia-Seay and I thought that she fit what I wanted for my wife and myself. I went to her office in Spring and received a brutal shock from the two receptionists who attended to me (one in front of me and one diagonally to the left). They were both inattentive, vulgar, and rude in their attention to me. Until then my positive expectations lasted since I cannot conceive of a good doctor's office whose staff is not professional in their care with patients. I immediately told those ladies that I did not want to register as a Dr Garcia-Seay patient. A word of advice for this and all doctors: closely supervise all staff who serve the public. She is knowledgeable and kind. I am happy to say that she has always been able to give me the right diagnosis and treatment. Both her and her PA are wonderful. My family and I are very pleased with her services.

I like going to this clinic the nurse that always is there to take care of my needs she’s so sweet her name is LUCY and she’s a great person. But this las time I went she’s was not there and they told me that she was not working here anymore and the true is that I feel really sad bc she’s a great person and a fabulous nurse I wish she comes back one day or maybe I’m have to look for her we’re every she’s working now bring her back plz 😔

Nothing short of wonderful! Excellent communication and always on time! Dr Seay was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! Helped with my financial situation in regards to testing and medication, took time to answer questions and ensure I comprehended all information! Highly recommend !

I tried to called three times to get my diabetic mother's prescriptions to be refill, they don't return my calls. I left voicemail and nothing. The person that takes the my calls quickly transfers my calls to a number, and she didn't let me explain that I need those med to get them refill. I don't understand.

Dr. Leticia Garcia-Seay is very thorough and professional and takes the time to get to know her patients. I've referred several friends and co-workers to her and they all feel the same. I can't say enough good things about the care received from her and her staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Seay takes her time, discusses options, involves me in choices to pursue best health. She is not judgmental, sticks to the facts known of the options available. She's been my doctor for many many years, and I have recommended her to my friends, who also have been very pleased with her care.

I went when i was 16 for a diagnosis of my back. dr, garcia seemed rushed thru the process and wanted me to come back for a followup and another copay to tell me i have scoliosis. she wouldn’t give me a chiropractor recommendation, no back brace recommendation. she told me to wait it out and come back to see her in a month for a followup copay so she could watch the progress of my back, all the while offering me no help for my pain. im 18 now and im disabled, i cant get a job or leave my house for more than a few hours without having my boyfriend carry me back to my bed. dont waste your time or money with this office, i wish i had gone to someone else.
