YOU GUYS, this man called me while he was away on vacation to make sure my Angelman syndrome child was recovering okay. After 14 years of terrible dental experiences, I finally found one that will completely sedate her and do everything needed. He's THE BEST IN HOUSTON.

This man is the GOAT of pediatric dentistry. He is absolutely awesome with children. The nice ladies in his office put us on a list to be seen sooner and called as soon as they had a cancellation, saw us 2 months sooner than our initial appointment date. Sat on the floor with my daughter during her consultation, & asked for what I wanted as her parent, gave me options and even told me which insurance to switch to so we didn't have a bill. Very respectful and love his energy. The proceedure was fast and there we re plenty of toys around the nurses station. My daughter didnt remember the procedure itself. She literally asked to go back to the dentist when we got home. Love Dr. Stephenson and Texas Children's. Thank you for everything.

As another local Dental office here in the Houston Metro area, it has been with great joy and pleasure referring our special needs patients to Dr. Stephenson and his staff. Mrs. Stephenson is very informative and provides a step-by-step guide on how their office will be providing care for our patients. Dr. Stephenson and his staff are amazing. He was recommended to us when our family needed a dentist for our special needs family member a few years ago. Tomorrow we are having our bi-annual visit to remove the final 2 wisdom teeth. The staff follows up with the patients and their families and ensure that all is well with everyone.

I don't think there are enough words to describe how great Dr. Stephenson and his staff are. My brother is profoundly disabled and needed extensive dental work done. His entire office was kind and compassionate and got him well taken care of. The surgical staff at HCA Conroe were great as well. He is definitely the doctor you want if you want someone who is going to do the best thing for the patient and not just try to do unnecessary work.

I can't thank Dr. Stevenson and his staff enough. My daughter has been to see him twice and I wouldn't trust her in any other hands. His staff is extremely helpful and understanding. He is very conservative and wouldn't do any work that isn't necessary. I was afraid to take my daughter anywhere else for fear of them just crowning all her teeth because they see 1 tiny little cavity between her teeth. You don't have to worry about that with him. Thank you again for taking such great care of my precious daughter.

Dr. Stephenson and his staff are superb! My son is special needs and from the first contact over the phone to the day of his procedure they were very personable and professional. I definitely recommend he and his team. We all are protective of our kids but when you are their only voice you become "over protective" in a sense. I was nervous in the beginning but after talking with Dr. Stephenson and the office manager my concerns were alleviated. They are very kind, caring, and truly care about the needs of the special needs community. They go above and beyond of what is expected of them and for that I am grateful. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will continue to see them for all of my son's dental needs.

April of 2020 right when Covid had it the USA. My 30 yr old son living with autism had been in a lot of pain with his front tooth. Any parent with child past school age with autism knows it's a challenge finding a dentist. Then you most likely have to pay out of pocket. Because they won't except Medicaid insurance. Well I was referred over and over ti Dr. Mark Steveson. I paid over $2000.00 for him to do the nesscesary dental work. Within threevweeks I brought my son back in because he was still having discomfort to get some advice. Mark Steveson was very cold. He didn't look or xray my son's mouth to see what may be the issue. He I will just pull it out sunce the impant don't seem to take. So I just gave you over $2000.00 and my son is still in pain. He didn't sudjust anything else no pain meds antibiotics are nothing.😢

I loved this dentist when no one else would pull my special need son teeth a couple of years ago he did.He was nice and very kind.I would recommend his office because they went above and beyond for my son and I appreciate it very much.

We had an amazing experience with our oldest son today. Very caring and most importantly knowledgeable.
