I've been trying to make an appointment at this place for two weeks via telephone. I leave my info but no return calls. If I call I'm put on hold for 30+mins or until I give up. Good job on the follow-ups with new patients, it's so, so...inspiring.

I find the staff friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice but the wait times are a bit ridiculous. I travel here 2 times a month for treatment and always plan to be there all day.

This was my first experience with The Woodlands MD Anderson, for a consultation/2nd opinion. Dr Nelson and his staff were all wonderful...positive and professional. I feel that I am now where I need to be, that the care team will offer my best chance against a very dismal diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma.

I get blood work here every 3 months and it is always very easy. Everyone is very nice and helpful and I am in and out quickly.

My experience with Dr Khan was terrible. Dr Khan and nurse Giovanni kept telling me the would fill out my FMLA paperwork. Once she was through and made an appointment for me to go to the main campus She said it not appropriate for her to fill out paperwork. In other words she was refusing to to try and help. Even though this could effect my job status. Most all the other staff were very kind. And they deserve a 5 star.

Waiting for MD Anderson to call me to schedule an appointment. Angela claims that she has called me and my husband phone numbers and no one has answered.So she closed my account... so I told her no one has called. I told her do I need to find another place and she hung up on me.So rude and very disrespectful.
