Dr Nell is the best! I have been his patient for over 25 years! He is friendly, thorough and a class act! Even though I don’t live in Conroe, I came back to see him!

I love my doctor's office. The best people. They make sure that you are satisfied! No appointments, just walk in and open on Saturdays. Very knowledgeable staff! Help with glasses and will even train you to take out/put in contacts. Dr. Nell is the best.

I have been going to Dr. Nell for years, ever since I moved to Conroe. I've not had a bad experience yet. They take walk-ins, I've never had to wait more than 10-20 minutes, and the price is pretty average. I will be honest, the two ladies that are in the back where the eye exams take place aren't the friendliest of people, but they aren't the worst--this might be a no-go for some of you. But the staff at the front that are in charge of frames and fitting are absolutely wonderful! One of the reasons I like going there is that I feel very at ease, Dr. Nell is very kind and will explain everything he does, as he is doing it. There is a never a time I go where he doesn't ask me multiple times "Do you have any questions for me?" I really appreciate that. A lot of practices now are very cold and "in-and-out" type with their Doctors, this is why I have not gone elsewhere. If you're looking for a wholesome practice with a "family-feel", I would recommend Dr. Nell.
