List of Next Level Urgent Care's Reviews
The website offers a $50 cash pay rapid Covid test, or a practitioner visit and test using insurance. I chose the latter, as my urgent care copay is only $35. When I arrived, front desk staff collected my copay. Then they asked if I preferred a PCR or rapid Covid test. When I chose a rapid test, they said it was $50 more. I explained that this wasn't clear on the website, and that I'd only chosen the provider visit appointment because the website made it seem like it was the only way to get a covid test filed through my insurance. One of the front desk staff said that insurance would not cover a rapid test, arguing with me whenever I told her that, from past experience, my insurance does cover. I explained that I didn't want a provider visit if I had to pay for the rapid test on top of it, and they said I'd have to make another appointment to come back later. for a rapid test only. I asked if, since I was unwell, they would just give me the rapid test while I was there and let me pay the difference between my copay and the test. I pointed out that they obviously had room in their schedule as I was supposed to be the next patient, and there was nobody else in the waiting room, but the front desk staff said no. I asked to speak to the office manager. She was more accomodating. She agreed to do the nasal swab and take my payment (though she charged $5 too much to my card). It was less than 2 minutes for her to do the swab, 15 minutes for it to process unsupervised, and a couple minutes for another staff person to walk out to my car with the results. I don't understand why they had to make it so difficult. My husband has seen providers and had rapid tests at this facility several times without this problem, but we won't be returning after today. And one last thing... the facility texted me for a review at almost 10:30 tonight. That's way too late for businesses to be texting!
I was early to check in to assist with check in. Was rudely greated. Demanding attitude for id and insurance. After long wait was rudely roomed by same nurse as thou i was inconveniently bothering her. Nurse was nice. Np was nice. By the end of my visit i felt nothing was correctly treated. Better off going to regular doctor.
Great customer service. I was able to book online and got my rapid test done quickly. I was also able to get my daughter tested too. So thankful Next Level Urgent Care.
This facility is awful. Both lady’s that were at the desk Sunday, December 26 morning were very rude. Everyone that came in after us was being called back and we weren’t. I simply asked why we weren’t being called and before I could finish my question, I was rudely interrupted and was told, with an attitude “They already had an appointment. I’m trying to get you in. Give me a minute.” I do not recommend coming here, I will never return.
If you ever need Urgent Care this location is excellent. Brand new, clean, people are really nice and very efficient! You can tell they love what they do! I was able to complete all my paperwork in advance online and get on the waiting list. They texted me when it was time to be seen. No wait once I checked in and I'm already heading out within 1 hour of arriving! Dr. Sherry is very kind and the nurses actually hold a conversation while gathering facts. I definitely didn't want to be under the weather on Christmas Eve, but glad I found this location for treatment!
Last Thursday I brought my friend there feeling out of breath and off balance. They saw her immediately and sent us to emergency room. She had a blood clot in her leg and fluid in her lungs. So thankful for their immediate help
This was a nice place I was referred to and quickly. I arrived after 8 pm after the clinic who did a PCR test did not send my results. I called this clinic and they said they could do, it, but when I got to Germany They did the antigen test not PCR. It cost me over 330 euros to get stuck in Germany for a day getting the PCR test. I should have paid my attention but my flight was Saturday 20 hours long
Wait to go to your Doctor ! This placeIs a joke …. Person up front was extremely rude and didn’t even know what she was doing ….. they took payment upfront and didn’t even see my little one and days later still haven’t had anyone contact me from billing department. apparently they were so so busy but a few cars in the parking lot and 1 person in the waiting room who was also complaining wasn’t enough to convince me. So in a nutshell, better to wait to see your Doctor before coming to see these thieves !
NP Jessica and all the rest of the staff were very pleasant. Jessica was attentive, kind and had a positive attitude. Thank you!
This urgent care used to be the go to for all our family when needed but recently wait times are sometimes as long as 6-8 hours, the app, website, customer service line and the actual clinic it's self all say different things. Able to get in line on the app and have "real time" updates on where you are at in line but then find out it's a giant lie. The staff here is great but nextlevel as a company has failed them, which for such a large company is ridiculous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
