His office incorrectly sent the wrong lab orders and therefore I got incorrectly billed. There were so many phone calls and emails sent to them regarding this, response from them took so long (this process took a year), finally their office manager (Susan Palmer) responded to me that they will reimburse me for the extra charge I had to pay, only for them to never pay me or again respond to me. I was not happy with the way him and his office handled this error, which they also confirmed was their office’s staff error. Do not recommend this office, mistakes happen, but they won’t find a solution for it and will give you false responses. No patient should be incorrectly billed, and given false information.

My visit to Dr. Patel is always wonderful from the beginning to the end! Jayci is great and always manages to "fit me in" regardless of how full the schedule is for Dr. Patel. The woman at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Susie the Practice Manager is a delight and makes what I feel is a concentrated effort to come to speak to me, she is so outgoing and pleasant! Dr. Patel is fantastic and provides the best healthcare of any doctor I have ever been to and I will not be changing my physician choice anytime soon! Thank you everyone for making my trips to your clinic pleasant even when I am feeling horrible!!

Excellent physician! My wife and I have both been patients of Dr. Patel for over 10 years and he has consistently provided excellent care. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides appropriate treatment when necessary. All of his staff I interact with have been friendly and helpful. If he is not available when needed (fairly rare occurrence), his Physician's Assistant does a great job as well. The wait is typically only a few minutes and all of the facilities from the waiting area to the patient rooms are clean and well kept. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for a doctor in the Conroe area.

Dr. N. M. Patel and his staff are my absolute go-to whenever I have a medical issue. He's done so much for me and my family and will be our doctor for a long time. I highly recommend him and his staff. Would give him more stars if I could.

I have been seeing doctor Patel for 5 years and have no complaints with this doctor. FYII have lived in Montgomery since 2002 and have multiple doctors that had their issues so I would search for another.
