I could not of had a better experience at the Conroe location. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left the entire staff was very polite and nice. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

They can get very busy at times but they work hard to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. They are always pleasant and professional. Thanks for being there and getting patients taken care of especially right now with the surge of flu, covid, omicron, etc.

It was a really good experience. The staff here actually works hard. I went there twice and they all are on their feet. Friendly staff & they maintain safety in this crazy time of Covid. Wearing mask, sitting arrangement at certain distance. On top of that, they handle the situation in a really professional way and I really liked it. Keep up the good work.

I had to get a DOT physical the lady at the desk was really helpful friendly everybody in there was very friendly very helpful need only problem which is not their problem there was a lot of people waiting for physicals highly recommended if you need a DOT physical
