Office staff is horrible and treats elderly patients like trash. Refuse to refill prescriptions in a timely manner, won't call back, if they do they cause panic for elderly by saying "we have no record" knowing good and well who the patient is after MANY visits. Wish someone would investigate elderly abuse by the office staff!! I am not the patient, just a caregiver for one that uses this terrible place!

I had a very similar experience to another who posted here. I had an appointment at 10:15 am. I arrived before 10:00 am and handed the receptionist my paperwork. She told me that Dr. Martin was behind schedule. I went and sat down. 30 minutes later, I was still waiting. I asked the receptionist where I was in the que, and she said she didn't know and that Dr. Martin was behind. OK. I sat back down. I asked my co-workers via Facebook who they recommended in the local area for flight physicals, and I got a few recommendations. I called one, and made an appointment for next week. I asked for my paperwork and left. It was 11:22 am when I walked out the door. I can understand if other clients, especially sick ones take priority over FAA medicals. However, if you don't make time in your schedule, then don't be an AME. In the 26 years I've been getting medicals, I've never waited for more than 10-20 minutes.

Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get back to your exam room. We really like Dr Martin but the clinic staff is comparible to a 3 ring circus! Considering to look for another physician.

I was about to get an appointment with this physician but what makes it bad is the staff if they don't do there job right it messes up everything to establish new clients they need to hire caring people not lazy people who don't care.

Dr. Martin in a nice person and a good GP. His nurse is very nice. The secretary couldn’t tell the truth if her life depended on it. Takes several days and multiple phone calls just for a prescription refill. There’s always an excuse for why it wasn’t done and when questioned for details, she can’t provide them and we have caught her in several lies.

Dr. Martin, nurse and staff are amazing, prompt and helpful.

Doctor Martin seems to be highly thought of AME (Flight Physician) BUT I had a 9:00 am appointment for a class 3 med this morning. Arrived 5 min early to fill out paperwork, had the pre-required form 8500-8 completed, handed that to the receptionist and took a seat in the waiting room. At 9:45 and with numerous patients who had arrived later than myself having already being seen I gave up, asked for my paperwork back and left. My time is as valuable as doctores. They need to start getting it.

Staff is rude and incompetent: The nurse and office manager are rude and close minded to resolve issues. When we called for assistance they hang on me twice without listening about the reason of the call and resist to call back to help you to solve the problem. I had a prescription issue and I had to call multiple times obviously because the lack of willingness to help it to resolve it. Their way to deal with the issue was call me back JUST to complain about my calls and my attitude, but never addressed my original issue. This just reflect their lack of incompetence of the staff: Lack of listening skills, problem solving and people managing.

Dr Randall Martin has been my dr for over 35 years. He is an excellent dr and always takes time with me and cares about me.

We love Dr. Martin he is so good with my husband and I .. if you need a all around great dr. Don't look any further. Dr. Martin help save my husband's life. I'm so happy to have him here in Conroe.. S.Murrell
