I went to HCA Houston Healthcare in Conroe for the first time 1 week ago. Everyone was so friendly, helpful & professional there!! Especially Charlene Jones, Tammy Ross, & Amy Delahcry. They went above & beyond to help me & make me feel comfortable.I have been to many hospitals in my long life & I was very impressed with your hospital & will be returning if I need any services in the future.

Was not expecting equipment failure to cause my procedure to be cancelled and have to reschedule after the prep that was horrible. Hopefully I don’t get charged a second time for this as wasn’t my fault!

I was admitted with COVID-19 and developed Pneumonia in my right lung, that than needed a Thoracic catherization to be repaired.I spend a total of 25 days in the hospital.Having worked myself in the medical field for over 30 years, with some covering the Gulf Coast Region, I have been at awe, at the excellent care I have received. Nothing was left untouched to achieve the best treatment and recovery outcome. The Staff was phenomenal and educated. I will not use another facility after this positive experience.Thank you Conroe Medical Center.

On the day of my procedure, my husband and I arrived 2 hrs early as instructed. We waited in the surgery waiting room for an hour when a nurse came to inform us that the procedure was cancelled due to a problem with a needed instrument. This was infuriating. They didn’t recognize this until after we waited an hour????

This hospital has a law suit coming! The doctor squeezed my hand when I pointed to my iv and ask to have it removed because I wanted to go home. I yelled at him to let go of me and He grabbed my fingers squeezed them tightly and proceeded to yell and scream and cuss at me! I did what I had to do to get discharged out of there! But believe me you have not seen the last of me!

Labor and delivery was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The nurses and I mean all the nurses were so extremely kind and took the best of care for me. I will treasure this experience forever. Good job Labor and delivery!! -The Naugher’s

The staff from nurses to techs. To housekeeping were all very nice. There things that seemed missing that other hospitals readily have available. Things such as Kleenex, water pitchers filled with ice water. A menu the patient can choose from. Also … the walls are very thin so you can hear the patients on each side of your room. The patient to the left of me was up laughing & talking on his phone. It sounded like he was having a party in his room. There was more than one person in there most of the night.Other than that, it was okay.
