List of Timothy Casperson's Reviews
I did not get a chance to actually meet the Dr so this review is for his staff Rude and unkind Katy was very unprofessional with a Condescending vibe and the old lady You first greet was far from pleasant
Has taken care of me since 2016 .we have been through a lot together. He is the best!
12 weeks ago I fell and broke my ankle and basically shattered my foot. I had the orthopedic dr call Dr Casperson to see if he would take on the very complex problem I had and he agreed. I knew of Dr Casperson from him treating my husband’s stress fracture in his foot a year ago. He had seemed very personable. He saw me right away, and didn’t sugar coat anything. I needed surgery very badly. He got me in quickly and the journey began. It turned out that my foot was in a lot worse shape than we thought but he corrected it. It’s been a while, and I just had my screws out that were holding things in place. Dr Casperson has been my guardian Angel through all of this. Even at my lowest points, he has been there to make me feel encouraged and cheer me on. He and his office feel more like family now and I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel now. Thank God for crossing our paths. I am truly blessed ❤️
I have been going to Dr. Casperson for over 7 years and I wouldn’t go to any other foot doctor. He genuinely cares on finding the right treatment for his patients. He is the absolute best in this area!!
My husband and I have both seen Dr Casperson , recently my husband had extensive surgery, almost a rebuild of his foot. He is a wonderful Doctor and I recommend him to anyone needing foot or ankle issues. He was very caring and thoughtful.
My daughter had an appointment today but was not seen upon arrival. I gave my insurance information 2 weeks ago and obviously this information was not checked out. When my husband and daughter arrived they were told they couldn't be seen because the doctor was out of network. My husband said he would pay cash and they still would not see my daughter. What a disappoinment. Why ask for my insurance information in advance if you're not going to check it out. I spend time filling out paperwork and my husband took off work to take her. This could have been avoided when the insurance information was taken over the phone upon making the appointment. Poorly ran office.
Dr Casperson was the doctor I saw at Huntsville hospital. I thought he would be good but once I moved to Conroe hospital he completely dropped me. I left two messages at his office which were never returned. No explanation of treatment, no follow up, just nothing. Very disappointing.
As others have said, Dr. Casperson is a great doctor. However, some of his staff are rude and they misrepresent the truth.
I recently went to Dr Casperson's office due to a break in my toe. He told me the break wasn't in my toe but was in my foot and it was healed and to go about my business. I did. My pinky toe swelled to the size of my big toe in less than 24 hrs so I called my primary doctor. The break was indeed in my toe & NOT my foot. The X-rays Dr. Casperson viewed were SO DARK that he had to turn off the light. I called his office...that did no good. He even suggested that I didn't come in for a broken toe...uh, yeah I did. They just want more money. No thanks, should have done your job the first time! After 3 DAYS of trying to get an answer about getting a copy of my print out and X-rays for my primary doctor, they tell me that they will not give me a copy and that the print out will take 15 days. Really? Oh...and I had to call...again! to get that info. Took my primary doctor 10 minutes...taking these people 15 days with a refusal to for an actual copy of my x-ray. RUN from this office!
I have had good results with Dr. Casperson. Being diabetic my foot has a hard time healing, but he keeps working on it. I enjoy my office visits.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
