Dr. "A" is pleasant and listens to his patients. He certainly is knowledgeable about his work. I get shots in my eye once a month and this month he actually made me laugh about it. The shot isn't that bad and this time he made it so I did not have the awful burning post shot!THANKS DOC.

The Dr. was delightful, but the staff is what made this experience negative. Please be advised that if you need a pre-authorization for anything like an MRI (requested by their own doctor), this office does not do this. I wasted money on a co-pay and spent countless time attempting to get a call back from this office. I wish this information was upfront. The small waiting room was standing room only with patients waiting in the hallway and essentially behind the front desk, while you can hear everything the desk clerks were explaining to the patients including; full names, insurance info, payment, scheduling, etc. This is a complete HIPPA violation. Unfortunately the office space offers NO privacy between the patient and the staff. Perhaps I was in there on a busy/frazzled day, but I overheard a decent amount of unprofessional conversations about clients behind the desk. Although the Dr. was very thorough and super pleasant, I have to look elsewhere for a better team because this was seriously unacceptable.

My Mom was referred to The Woodlands Retina Center. She has been to several doctors in the last several years for her declining vision. We feel that we finally found the right doctor to help her. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Abdelghani was very kind and patient, answering all of our questions. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
