This appears to be an overbooked appointments list leaving very little time to spend on patients. Dr Pack recommended a procedure with no discussion on the subject and left the room mid sentence. I have since received suspect charges from the billing department which are not approved by my insurance company.

Terrible experience. I went in for /bunion and hammer toe surgery. I ended up with my big toe in an upward angle and my second toe in a permanent unbendable position. When I went to see him about my foot He laughed and said my second toe was just longer than the big toe and walked out of the room. He didn’t even do an X-ray. That was it. No further explanation. I wouldn’t advise anyone to see this doctor.

Dr Pack is a true professional. He is courteous, patient, and thorough. I have bilateral tarsal tunnel syndrome and after seeing several podiatrists I came full circle right back to Dr Pack bc he is the only one that gained my confidence. He is the man to see if you have foot or ankle issues, no doubt about it.

I’m a retired teacher with severe plantar fasciitis and Dr. Pack was able to alleviate the issue AND get me fitted for custom orthotics straight out of his office. Received the new orthotics in less than a week. HIGHLY recommend his services!

Performed an in office procedure which other doctors said should have been done at a surgery center. Made the condition worse. Had to have another doctor repair the damage.
