List of Apex Interventional Pain And Spine's Reviews
I have been suffering from back pain for the past 3 weeks and went to APEX for a second opinion. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and the check in process was a breeze. The manager Hiba ensured all my questions were answered before I met the Dr. Patel.Dr.Patel was thorough and made sure he heard all of my concerns and made sure I wasn’t thinking things. He spent over an hour with me and answered all my questions and made me a pain management plan. I would recommend everyone who is suffering from excruciating pain to try APEX. Bedside manner is A1!
I just wanted to say that the staff here is amazing! The MAs, NPs, and doctors are all very kind and thorough! I’d also like to say a big thank you to Tiffany for always being so uplifting, happy, and kind!

Hi am a Combat Injured Veteran, with a VA disability rating of 100% P&T. also disabled by Social Security. Apex interventional pain and spine, Complete joke. They provided many referrals and were quick to tell me that they were going to cauterize my nerves as opposed to trying other therapies first. I was referred through VA community care to Apex. The VA advises you that you will not be filled directly for any services, that they will cover the costs. Being that the referral to community care is due to their not having the ability to suffice a request for care within 90 days. Provider that accept VA Community care referrals sign a document that entails that they cannot bill the patient. So after being with APEX for over 6 months the Dr randomly cancels my last visit and and entails that I am non-compliant. Due to not taking the offer on the initial visit to cauterize my nerves. There was no demand it was an option, randomly he doctored his books to entail that I am non-compliant. Mind you this was the first visit 6 month prior. Then then Dr no longer saw me and each visit I was seen by a nurse. The only referral that was able to be used was the referral for PT for which I attended each appointment and never missed an appointment til the last appointment for which it was cancelled day of by the APEX office. This is where it goes further south, the company randomly sends me a bill. For which I inform them that they are supposed to send the bills to the VA and then to medicare. Being that I know the process and verified with the VA they decide not to follow the orders for which they signed and accepted to see VA patients. So their next move rather than follow the guidelines for which they signed to they decided it was easier to send the bill to collections. So now I'm at an impasse because they have to submit the documentation correctly to the VA to obtain payment. They are refusing to do their jobs and downloaded all the responsibility against me and now I take a ht against my credit.I suggest if you get a referral to them you're better off asking for a referral else where. Any doctor who is more worried about getting paid for unwanted high priced services is not a doctor you want. That's not taking care of the patients needs that's taking care of the offices needs.
I was treated respectfully everyone asked how was I feeling and answered all my questions that other clinic refused so I think they are great

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
