Everyone was so professional and nice. My wait time was not long at all. My test results were returned quickly! I was so pleased that I chose this place to resolve my issue! The provider was very helpful and informative. Thank you for all that you do to help others!

I went in on an appointment that was easily scheduled so I wouldn’t have to wait as a walk in, I even did the paper work online with the exception of one page, by the time I had it filled out I was called back, The ladies at reception were polite and professional and greeted me with a smile. I was in and out pretty quick but also got treated with care and was also listened too, they took the time to actually look at the info I gave in my paper work and knew what would help with the treatment moving forward. The office was clean and orderly. I had no complaints in their professionalism of staff and treatment, I will defiantly go back in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

This place is rediculous. I sat in the back for over an hour and half and nobody came in. I walked out!!! This place is not very professional at all!! Wouldn't bring a sick animal here. Go to Killeen or Harker Hieghts if you want real servise!!!

Great experience. My wife and I were both ill and the entire team at Integrity Urgent Care Copperas Cove took great care of us. The reception team was friendly and efficient. The wait time was minimal. Nurse Andren was friendly and professional as she took our vitals and the relevant information for our visit. CNP Davila Hart was very thorough and considerate as she assessed our symptoms and determined the treatment. In the event that we need urgent care in the future, we will certainly come back.

The was good overall beside the waiting time inside the room. I wait there 1:15 mi utes just to see the Dr white earing an very aning noice comi g from the other side of the eall. A torturi g experience just the wait. after the Dr came all was good she took very goog care of my health issues . Staff in general very atentive and polite. Beside tbat i would definetly will recomend the cli ic.
