Dr. Larkins is a great doctor. He has done 3 of my foot surgeries and every time he does a great job. He is compassionate with his patients and his staff is phenomenal when it comes to taking care of surgery, CT scans, PT, etc. He has a great wound care Physical Therapist that only HE uses and my wound healed up fantastic. He really listens to his patients and what they need and gives his time and attention to what he thinks needs to be done. If you are in need of a foot/ankle surgeon he is top-notch. His credentials prove it and I do like the fact that he has worked with the underserved. I am a volunteer with the Red Cross, so I like the fact that he worked in underserved communities.

Fantastic Dr and team. I have been seeing Dr Larkins for a couple years for knee and ankle arthritis. He performed a total knee replacement in January 2022. I was up and walking about 3 hours after my surgery. Was able to walk with only a walking stick 3 days after the procedure and back to normal activities after about 3-4 weeks. He did a total ankle replacement on December 27 2022. A I am at 1 week post surgery and feeling great. Still no weight bearing but can maneuver with a Walker and scooter. Coodos to Dr Larkins and his team.

His a Doctor that knows what his doing also make you feel safe ,he did surgery to my right good Took away my pain now I'm in the process for recovery I'm feeling good and safe .I highly recommend his work and skills.

Dr. Larkins is a stellar surgeon (fellowship trained foot and ankle) and has impeccable bedside manner. A very personable young man and an asset to South Texas. He is as well, very informed about your case. The staff at South Texas Bone and Joint are upstanding as well, Wade and Frank in the cast room, Siobhan the scheduler, Blesson P.A. and Jennifer are all on top of their game. I highly recommend Dr. Larkins and his team.
