Edward Borchard's Online Review Report Card

Very hard to actually see a doctor now because if an medical app they are using that often doesn't work for patients. The staff doesn't helpout in the matter, because all they cared about was going on holiday vacation and not care about the doctors patients. This is very disturbing. I am in a very serious situation I need to gave my sons doctor Dr.Borchard to see his hearing condition as ordered by his school. He cannot return until he is seen by his doctor. So now my son cannot return to school, because he cannot be seen by his doctor. Tots and Teens staff cannot in setting up this "Medical App" that magically for reasons "unknown "to them are unable to help. So now how disturbing does this sound.

I have taken both of my boys since they were born one is 13 years old and the other is 6 years old. Not only is the staff very unprofessional and not hygienic but there system is never up to date. We have ended up in the emergency room hours after seeing Dr. Borchard, which led to hospitalization for days!!! Absolutely DO NOT go here!!! Don’t waste your years and time like I did.

We love it here! Dr. Borchard is great. Very breastfeeding friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience.

Dr. Borchard is something else. Years of taking my children there starting off from his small office then moving on to his built offices. Way to many mistakes were made from misdiagnosed gallstones having taking my kid in numerous times for about a year kept getting told they were stomach viruses as much as I argued something wasn't right he stayed with that they were viruses. My then 2yr old had to go through horrific pain of passing them and due to getting misdiagnosed for so long caused permanent damage now 18yrs old with a G.J tube. Then having to deal with his childish tantrum when he had a bad day but last straw was when the cardiologist told me she had thicking to the heart wall due to untreated hypertension which he would always say her blood pressure was fine cause of her weight. We put our trust into these doctor's hands with our children's lives and yet rather it's due to their egotistical way of thinking that they are above us cause they have the title of M.D. it still doesn't give doctor's like him the right to play around with their lives! Although Thanks to you Borchard and your mistakes I educated myself and I have caught other egotistical doctor's like yourself in their own mistakes since our lives consume of nothing but doctor's now.. Thanks Borchard!!

Great Doctor and Staff very professional

Very rude staff. Everytime they turn around their systems have crashed. Do not call with reminded calls for appointments anymore then lie to you and say they did call. have to fill out all the information everytime you go in bc they dont keep hard records and system crashes and they loose everything. Had an Appt at 0950 and waited an hour to be called back and another 45 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. At first loved this place now not so much.

Doctor Borchard is an excellent doctor. He really cares about children. Their health and well being. He was my sons doctor until he was 18.

We've had a good experience here so far. Everything ran smoothly. We had a hiccup at the beginning, but that was our old doctor's fault. The nurses and nurse practitioner were very caring and professional. They gave the immunizations needed in a loving way.We've been to a few pediatricians, and this is definitely one of the better offices we've been to. Definitely consider coming here, if possible.

AWESOME!!! Dr. Borchard really takes time with all his patients and my children enjoy going into see him. My children have been patients for 12 years now and every experience is great! Love the staff as well. Definitely recommend Tots & Teens Pediatrics.
