Edit 1/25/22. I must update my review. I was adimant with the receptionist that she put me through to the person who makes his appointments. I explained I needed a pre-surgery clearance that was time sensitive. She put me on hold, came back and told me that Monica would pick me up asap. Monica promptly made me an appointment for the next business day. They had noted all of my previous calls. So the old saying that 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease" still hold true. Back to 5 stars. Dr. Szalai is a very good cardiologist. However don't expect to be able to schedule an appointment when you call. You will be put on hold for the appointment scheduler. Then you will be told to expect a call back that will not come until after you call back a 2nd time. This is very unprofessional and not in step with a top notch doctor.. For this reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 .

I had 4 appointments. I had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time for three visits. My last appointment was made on a day that Dr. Szalai was not even scheduled to be in the office. I sat there for over an hour before they told me. I have found another cardiologist!
