Dr Vorhees and his staff care very much about their patients. He knows cancer and how to beat it. He's awesome ! His plan of treatment worked for me and I am now cancer free. 😁 His staff made me feel like a friend and always put a smile on my face.

Dr. Gerard Voorhees is truly one of a kind among ALL the doctors I have ever encountered. He is dedicated to his patients in every way that counts. He is vocal, hands-on, compassionate, and extremely thorough. He speaks in terms you understand, clear and productive. He covers all aspects of radiation treatment with concise details, so there are no questions left unanswered. As a cancer doctor, he makes certain you are well cared for in and out of his office. Most impressive, Dr. Voorhees recommended surgery for me rather than radiation and personally called a surgeon while we were still talking. What doctor in a specialized field directs a patient down another path? Dr. Voorhees is concerned about a patient's health and the best available treatment when there is a better alternative. His handling of my referral to a surgeon relieved me of worry. I am a 73 year old female with lung cancer and I highly recommend Dr. Voorhees and his staff. His only concern was to lighten my load, ensure my entire health was addressed, and connect me with superior medical care once I left his office. By the time I left his office, I was sad that all my doctors were not as attentive and dedicated to my needs. I felt so cared for and at peace with Dr. Voorhees and his staff. Dr. Voorhees is the best Dr we have taken our dad to he has patience and very caring and loves his patients. He is our Gaurdian Angel. He is a wonderful Doctor and man. He basically saved our dads life I owe his all the respect and love I can offer. He is AWESOME

Just finished 28 radiation treatments to the neck for vocal cord cancer, was there anytime I had any questions or pain during the whole treatment process, would recommend this doctor for anything related to radiation treatments, very knowledgeable and caring person on his profession, 5 star all the way, it was way more than just a job!!! Today was the first visit for my sister whom I am the caregiver. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff, especially Telisha. How wonderful the world of medicine and mankind would be if all doctors were caring and had the same professional skills as Dr. Voorhees. That is why it appears his office is on one accord, which is excellent patient care.
