These people lost my EKG results. I did their stupid survey and told them in the answers that they lost it. That did nothing. They dont care. The waiting room is tiny and so jammed with people seeking care you dont get privacy while divulging your private medical and insurance info. Disgusting lack of care. Shame on that damn nursedr for losing those test results. How unprofessional can you be? Busy yes but total disregard for a patients test results? Thats laziness and lack of care.

First I will say I am blessed with a great Doctor Canterbury she really is one of the best in the field.I was a little nervous going in but my Nurse Perla was so sweet I felt comfortable with her she did a great job getting me all set up. The lab tech Cassie also did a great job and very friendly. When I got rolled into the OR Nurse Erica was good to me and answered questions. The anesthesiologist Justin B made me quite comfortable. When I came out Nurse Jan was so so good to me and made sure I was up and about. The next day Nurse Jan also called and checked on me. Just a good experience all the way around.

4 stars only because on my stay of Sat Mon my trash was never taken out. One of my nurses had to take out the RR one. All trash cans were over flowing I did have the head of housekeeping go in one day and said shed get someone right away..never did. Other than that I had a wonderful experience with the Dr.s nurses all the medical staff was amazing. Highly recommend Bay Area.

Absolutely the worst experience my husband was admitted from Northshore ER with a intestinal obstruction. They put a tube down his nose through his stomach and for 3 days nobody told him anything when I askedthe answer was I dont know. On the 4 th day he was discharged now he was finally told the blockage is resolved.When we got home I read the discharge papers and found out that they found a 4cm rt pulmonary mass nobody ever talked to him about that.Just a horrible experience all the way around.

The labor delivery nurses are the most kind hearted caring people I’ve ever met. Everyone was so sweet made me feel so comfortable. Every single nurse I had was one to remember I wish I could do more to thank them. I really wish I remembered every nurses name I had I do remember their faces but I was so nervous about birth I can’t remember however I can say Dr. Canterbury is just absolutely AMAZING. She is absolutely the best. Another extremely kind hearted woman. My birth was absolutely the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Thanks to everyone for helping make that possible. I’d go back to Bay Area any day. 1110

Dont bother with their ER. Worst ER Ive ever been to and that includes the one near me that had been rated as one of the worst hospitals in Texas.

I want to acknowledge the excellent care given to my 87 year old mother who was on the third floor during her stay. Micheal Martinez phlebotomist was exceptional with my mother. The RNs Bianca Emmaculate and Stephanie were caring and professional during my mother Arlene Bauders stay.
